Who could possibly leave anything less than 5 stars, it’s pizza!!! We specifically pick dominos over other places because they have oven baked wings & thin crust pizza. Both options have lower calories in comparison to say breaded & fried wings & thicker crust pizza options… this gives us our pizza and wing fix in a healthier option that actually taste yummy too! This location has always gotten our order correct and super fast when delivery times allow & on the super rare occasion the order goes past the scheduled time we got our pizza for free! Seriously, no complaints - we appreciate the great pizza and great service!
Love Dominos, always have...but when we tried to call in an order nobody would pick up, so we just decided to just go in an order. When we arrived the staff had the music playing so loud that we couldn't hardly hear to order our food and the guy was less then 2 feet away from me. Food took about 20 mins to be ready. Pizza was great, but I guess its just been awhile since I've been to Dominos but we only got 2 XL and some stuffed bread and our food was almost $80.
Had a pretty unpleasant and mildly scary experience tonight with the delivery driver. He called me trying to find my place shortly before delivery. He was on the wrong street. I kept trying to tell him he wasn't at the right place but he kept interrupting me to tell me to come outside and get my food. When he finally let me speak, he got mad at me and yelled at me that I didn't have the right address in...but I did. He was extremely rude and mean spirited. Finally he found my place. He knocked on the door a little unnecessarily loud. I didnt come out because he was sort of freaking me out. So he tossed the pizza boxes on the mat then left. An angry man delivering something to my place at midnight as a woman was not fun. I understand there are staffing issues and the driver was overworked tonight as a result. He probably had a pretty rough night trying to do all the deliveries himself and likely got yellrd at by impatient customers (my order took over 2 hrs to be delivered so I can only imagine) so I feel for him in that regard. But please don't take it out on someone else who was trying to help you find the place and was not giving you a hard time about it. I dont want anyone to lose their job and their income, but this driver really needs to be addressed.
This was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The manager here is likely the most unprofessional, condescending, and rude person I’ve ever spoken to. He cancelled my delivery because he go upset with me and then proceeded to pocket the money for profit. I was robbed. Be advised that the manager here will steal from you if given the chance, and all it takes is saying the wrong thing to offend him. I have filed a formal complaint with the franchise owner and dominos corporate and I hope swift action is taken against him. He truly deserves to be fired after the interaction that we had. I can’t imagine how someone with so little training in customer escalation could have slipped into management. This location must be desperate for help. He refused to give me his name, or his bosses name, I had to get that information from another local store. The location on Patton avenue apologized for the managers behavior at this location in addition to providing me with contact information. I don’t advise doing business with the people here, they are all very shady, they will lie, they will steal, and do not value you as a person or a customer. If I could give this location no stars I would. I am still in shock from the experience that I had here and will do my best to avoid this location. I refuse to spend my money here. I’d also like to note that I hope that I hope the manager gets run over by a car!
Wondering if you are ever going to answer your phone so that I can speak with a manager about a long, thin light colored hair that was in my bread bowl. Half swallowed it so was gagging as I pulled it out of my throat. This was a course after the delivery being an hour and a half late. Thanks for that. Been calling for over an hour. No one ever answers and you will stay on hold the entire time. Called back over and over again. Still nothing. Had a complaint another time I ordered and it was the same thing. No one ever answers the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Especially ironic because their new slogan is “everyone loves surprises”. Not all surprises Domino’s. That one you could’ve kept for yourself. Won’t be ordering here again.
Best Domino’s experience ever! My pizza was ready in record time. I indicated I was headed inside via the Pie Pass, and a smiling man immediately greeted me with my order! Wow! Thanks to the Domino’s Team on Tunnel Road!!!
Food keeps getting worse. Greasier and saltier? Sure. But worse quality. Wings are absurdly small now. Maybe 4-5 orders over the last few months and every single one took longer than 2 hours to receive. It’s a bummer, dominos used to be pretty ok. But that was before they made record profits during the pandemic
These folks always have my order ready so fast. Always good, always correct. My favorite Dominos!
Hot wings were not cooked all the way. Buffalo sauce dumped on them like that's going to take away the rawness. Bread was doughy. Slaughtered in butter. Their was barely any meat in my pasta. Quality check my behind. I came from out of town. I hadn't ate all day left a great tip when I ordered and was a waste of my money. Should've got a bag of chips and water from the hotel smh
A pretty nice place, not much going on in the Area besides cars passing by, so it's a very nice place to go have a quick bite and continue traveling.
