The Asheville outlet site was a joke the guys working didn’t look to see if any customers were standing out front. I stood there for 15 minutes and decided to walk around to get his attention but he comes up and tells me that the line start over here and continue to wait on a customer that had just walked up. I tried to explain to him that I had been standing there but he ignored me and said the line is right here after he finished taking the other customer order I explained that I had been standing there for 15 minutes but he faked an apology and said that it was just two guys working . Some one needs to explain to him that if he doesn’t wait on his customers then he won’t have a paycheck. So I did not eat and I wouldn’t come back to try with service like that.!!!
This is the second time I've selected contactless carry out to my vehicle and had to go inside to get my food.I work in the medical field and thought it would be safer to receive my food this way. Really frustrating that you offer a service but don't follow through.
Monday night we called order to be delivered. Bill was 38 dollars and some change plus we always tip. It took them over 2 hours to get here.The food was so cold and hard you could not take a bite of it. Called and they didn't have a manager there for to talk too. Left name and number, never heard from anyone. 3 days later we went to Domino's, GM said she didn't know anything had happened. After a small conversation she finally realized that I wanted my money back and will never order from them.Do Not Recommend This Place.
EDIT: So we finally got the order 2.5 hours after ordering, as we were already eating some left overs, cause, we thought the pizzas were not gonna ever show up lolDelivery man was really nice. The pizza was warmish, still good tho.I'm wondering, if the man delivering them may also be the baker/Cook... like everywhere else...they could be that short staffed.I'm just glad it showed up.. because my little girl was really happy to see it arrive.Ordered 2 pizzas OVER 2 hours ago, on the app... says it was just now delivered... but it actually never showed up.Tried calling the store, and was on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone.... and no one answered. So I hung up.My child was really excited for pizza and was falling asleep waiting for it. I had to wake her up to eat something else so she didn't go to bed hungry. Beyond disappointed.
Visiting Asheville for 34 Anniversary, called store at 10:38 to place other. Told it would take 30 mins. 30+ mins pass not pizza, called back for status 2 different times phone rang for over 10 times no one answered the phone. Our fault for thinking they were professional
Took 2 hours for my food to get delivered. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. When my food arrived, it was hard, cold, the bacon was mostly gristle, and it was super greasy. It was all inedible. It was seriously so gross. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Asheville had a ton of good pizza places, and this is definitely not one.
Trash customer service, rude workers. Just utter trash overall. I waited 3 hours on a delivery for them to tell me my order had been canceled. Not by call either. By email. Just cannot stress how much trash was on display at this particular store.

The worse pizza I’ve ever had. There was barely any cheese or sauce on either pizza. The pepperoni was too spicy. The triple meat pizza was loaded with the poor quality pepperoni & very little of the other 2 meat toppings. The ground beef was greasy. It was so bad it wasn’t worth complaining to the store to get store credit or a freebie. I will never eat Dominos again
Poor customer service, cold food, tried to charge for delivery after refusing to deliver. Ordered delivery online. After they sent a text someone was on their way, I got a call saying they couldn't deliver. I asked if it was too far for them to deliver and I was told it was for safety reasons they wouldn't deliver. They didn't even offer to meet me half way. I went to pick up the food. They tried to charge me for the delivery fee after refusing to deliver. The person got one pizza and the wings, but a pizza was missing. He placed it on the counter while he had to get an ok for the refund. He gave me part of the order and had to find the other pizza after I let him know the order was missing a pizza. He said, "Here it is." He handed me the pizza and shut the window. No thanks for your order, bye, nothing. I drove about 5 minutes to my home and both pizzas and wings were cold. I will NEVER order from these people again. They had sufficient time to let me know they would not deliver. The cold food was unacceptable for the nearly 30 dollars it cost me. I have a good mind to call the corporate office.
