Went with my mom it was great. Food was amazing and all the staff was so nice. This place is a must go. I will be back the pull pork was off the chain.

The new owner has greatly improved a lot about this place. The food is always fresh, the brisket and pulled pork are always delicious. The portion sizes are as expected or better, and the place is always clean. I can't wait to try other menus items. I highly recommend Dickey's
I don't do many reviews for anything unless I'm really impressed. The new Asheville Dickeys owner has made some changes and all I can say is if you haven't been to Dickeys in awhile, you should check them out! The smoked brisket literally melted in my mouth, and the pork was some of the best I've ever had! Truly a great dining experience!
The worst brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. Service was good though. I’ll guess I’ll stick to the pork.

My door dash order got completely bombed and I called this store mistakenly instead of the flat rock location and the owner/manager was literally an angel!!! He made it 100% right and was not rude or aggravated once! We are out of town here in Asheville for the night and needed a good dinner and I was so disappointed when it got messed up but he made it right with no hesitation! 10/10 on customer service which is very very rare in these times of huge demands to fill! The food we did get was great and we are waiting on our order to be delivered from the restaurant to make things right! Totally recommend dickeys for food but absolutely for the customer service!
