Tonight I the WORST experience ever. It started with the order taker taking my order wrong 3 times. I won’t lie I yelled at him my order because he got it wrong 3 times. Then I pulled up and he was super rude to me and when he handed my my bag he threw my credit card into my floor while the bag was over it. I was completely done by now. I kept saying that it was my fault and that he was never do that. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to let me. So, I asked him for his name again and he refused. Then he shook his finger in my face and was yelling at me. I yelled at him to get his “f-ing” finger out of my face. He slammed the window in my face. I sat there roughly 5 minutes and finally had to honk my horn to get his attention because I was not leaving without speaking my to a manager. Even then he refused butSaid she was standing behind him. I demanded to speak with her. This heavy set red headed woman came to the counter and refused to give me her name. Quoting that it was personal information and that they didn’t have to give out personal information. It’s not personal information to have an employee’s name so that you can file a complaint against them. The only thing she did was roll her eyes at me and tell me she’ll pull him aside for a conversation. When I asked for her name she refused again. I left and immediately called corporate. The only thing that gives experience a star is how quickly the corporate office called me back and I was able to file a complaint. I was given my credit card transaction receipt but the order receipt was attached with the Cashiers Name: IKponmwoaThank you customer service for responding so quickly but unfortunately I will never visit location again.
It's been awhile since I've been to cook out, the french fries were scrumptious, the milkshake was very good, and the burger was good. Not quite the charcoal flavor I remember but good nonetheless.
WARNING: Apparently if you order cheddar style which cost extra you get no cheddar and light bacon, also I should mention that if you choose to enter the drive thru do not have anything planned for the next hour because if cars have also desired cook out you will become TRAPPED in the drive thru lane with no exit and still so far away from even ordering your food , if you suffer from claustrophobic enter with caution. In some study's people seem to suffer from PTSD after experiencing this in any other drive thur establishment.
Constantly backed up and short staffed. Always incorrect with my order and have had them purposely add too much of an ingredient they put too little of when I pay for extra to be vindictive. Will ignore the order window for 20+ minutes with a 15 car line backed up while employees are smoking. Rude and unprofessional. There are 3 workers that are genuinely sweet and helpful but otherwise good luck having a quick and delicious meal.
This was my first time visiting Cook Out. I sat in line for about 45 minutes. The pickup window was on the opposite side compared to a normal drive thru so it was extremely difficult to pay and obtain my food. I don't know what the hype is with this place. The food was just okay. I was definitely not impressed with the food, but the worker at the window was lovely. I will not be returning.
I do not understand how this place is so popular. I see lines of cars in the drive thru all the time at night, so I stopped through. It was literally the worst food I had ever attempted to eat in my life. I'm not exaggerating. I have broken down and eaten stuff I just didn't like before when I was hungry, but this was the first time I had gotten food that was totally inedible. I took one bite of the burger and gagged. It was burnt to a crisp and tasted like garbage dumpsters smell. Other people have told me I must have just had a bad experience, but I am scared to waste money or try again after that.
Love how late it's open! Hate that you can no longer get a small cup of cheddar @ all! Unsure why they stopped allowing it. It's amazing with the hush puppies, fries, and nuggets. Wish they'd add it to the menu or allow for single purchase of this item! They need outside dining area's or more than one bench/picnic table since no one can go inside at all. Staff won't let anyone ( not even paying customers) in to use the [email protected] location. No options for delivery. Curbside pick-up would be a nice add as well.
Big burgers? Yes! Delicious eggnog shake? Yes! Super yummy burger? Yes! Great customer service with a smile? Yes! Break the bank? NOPE! Better than McDs, BK or Wendy's? ABSOLUTELY!
Ok y'all, first things first! I'm from Texas.. an I saw this place and at first I was like yeah right they say it's good. But as I got food. It was actually really good. I got a tray with burger and double the fries. It's really good. Seasons is on point. Will definitely recommend
Been here multiple times. I just waited 45 minutes for 2 items that were cold when I received them. There were 5 cars in front of me when I arrived and it took 12 minutes for the first car to move. PATTON AVE COOK OUT IS MUCH BETTER AND FASTER
