Arrived at 9:15 on a Tuesday, doors were locked and they yelled at us that were closed. Maybe correct the hours or something.
Arrived a little after 9. I’m assuming Google still has an older closing time of 10 on the website. The front door was locked, but the lobby was full of laughing teenagers. The workers, who appeared to be teenagers as well did not communicate the store closure respectfully. The workers screeched from behind the counter that they were closed. It was just unprofessional and in poor taste.
Chris runs a great store. I had an issue with a product and not only did he follow up with me and rectify the issue but he went above and beyond helping me. Great ownership at this location. Cannot recommend his establishment enough.
i asked for a sample and the blonde girl working there picked the spoon out of the dirty spoon container and continued to give it to me after i told her that was the trash and give me an attitude about telling her she gave me a dirty spoon and contaminated the entire thing of ice cream. the boy that was working with her was getting his spoons from another place. she knew what she as doing.
Real good ice cream and chocolate
The ice cream tastes like they're adding mountains of high fructose corn syrup and using skim milk... incredibly unsatisfying.
It is terrible because we ordered a cake on the 2 of October and the girl who works there put it to November 2 and it was a child's birthday and she ruined it
Such a terrible experience! The cake I ordered was butchered; not even decorated appropriately. I understand everyone is short staff but you need to provide quality items no matter what! Especially when it's a birthday cake.
Always love the service and they have two of my favorite flavors: coffe and mint. The smell alone is enough to entice!
