I stopped in to check it out and walked out with a few different meals. The one that originally caught my eye was the cauliflower pizza. I’ve always wanted to try it but never wanted to be disappointed. But i picked up the pepperoni and sausage one. It’s so good that I had to check the package and make sure i read that it was cauliflower crust for sure. Soooo tasty!
Super friendly, super delicious! Great people great food. Always super fresh and delicious. Meal plans are also amazing. Must try.
What a nice little place by my work that I finally got to try out. I got a smoothie and a chicken pesto wrap which were delicious. They did not skimp on the spinach which made me happy. I don’t like eating alone so ate in my car but don’t think I’d mind too much having a solo lunch there it was quiet. Inside was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for lunch again and may try some of the take home meals :)

If you're someone who:- wants healthy, calorie-conscious prepped meals that you can pop in the microwave and have ready in 3 minutes- don't mind paying $5-$10 for a meal- want the option of frozen, fresh, or ready-to-heat- likes a variety of proteins, cuisines, and flavors- wants to support a local businessthis is the place for youI bought 3 meals from the freezer section and was pleasantly surprised with how good everything tasted. They include veggies, which is a plus, and they include carbs, also a plus.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 was the veggies (broccoli) were bitter and sad looking in all three meals. When I buy from here again (and I'm sure I will because they were convenient AF) I'll supplement with my own frozen veggies.
Used to be a lot better when I was a regular but went back recently and it was pretty disappointing. I know the restaurant industry is on hard times but I won’t be going back any time soon.
Kids sized proportions. The salad my husband got was hardly topped. The GF wings I got we're not heated thoroughly. The side of sweet potato fries we're garbage and again very small proportion. Now we have to go somewhere else to get full. With all that being said my chicken wasn't bad tasting if I'd bought it from a frozen food isle. The music was loud and awful. We chose to sit outside.
Great service with good food. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Nothing but good things to say. I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
