I’m normally very patient and understanding when it comes to fast food. But there were 8 people, including myself, awkwardly waiting while the workers stood in a circle chatting. They started making the meals, and just set the food down to talk. They failed to call out our names so everyone had to awkwardly maneuver around the crowd to just see if their order was ready. My time for pick up was 8:40pm and I received it by 9pm. The food was great, order was right. But if you want to promote online orders for Covid purposes, then it probably isn’t wise to have a crowd of 8 to 10 people squished together and moving around each other because the workers can’t even call out our names.
This place apparently only does online orders. This is the third or fourth time I've come in the best location to place an in-person order and they rejected me. Setiously? If don't believe me, check out the reviews on Google. I just took my business to Chick-fil-A because this location can't get their act together.
This chipotle is constantly skimping on protein. I got three three pointers today and they were all very short on protein. I even asked for more and they gave me two small pieces of meat on one of the three, and then told me they couldn’t give me any more. This is sad. Not the first time it has happened at this location either. I regret not going to the other location near me. My order number was #350
Going 4 because I haven't yet tempted my return visit they offered.*original experience*- Walked in, app orders only sign.- Downloaded app, placed order, given options for time to pick up.- Chose time for 20 min. Went to site next door.- Returned to find good waiting, grabbed it and left.- 6 min drive home, happy to eat the routine meal from Chipotle, only to find it refrigerator cold..... EVERYTHING WAS COLD. This food must have been sitting there for 18 min of the 20.**Looking back, there was no reason for app orders only. They had 6 or 7 employees there, a 50% full dining area, and everyone was forced to order via app?I complained briefly on their app, got a quick response and invite to try one more time, so I'm giving them a 4 for effort and concessions. I WILL UPDATE IF MY RETURN EXPERIENCE IMPROVES.
I LOVE Chipotle, however, this location is an absolute bummer. They frequently are changing their ordering process by only allowing online ordering (after you drive there and walk inside), out of ingredients and an often have staff that have no clue on how to roll a proper burrito. I wish there was another location nearby the downtown area, because this one is a let down.
Please change your business listing to reflect that you are taking online orders only at this location. There is no way this is a corporate policy. Y’all should consider pulling out for another Chipotle location on Brevard road until you have your current locations in order.
I absolutely love chipotle, but this is the worst store I have ever been to by far. i’ve been here about 15 times, and every single time they are out of toppings or something. I don’t think I have ever gotten my meal the way I wanted it because they were out of something. The last two times I have tried to go there they were only excepting online orders, so I had to order online and wait 30 minutes or just go somewhere else. A few other times I went there they were just randomly closed when they hours said they where open. If you’re hungry I would recommend going somewhere else.
The fact, every time I come here they have no fajita veggies. Is not okay. On top of charging for a side of sour cream just because it’s not on the burrito.? NEO BURRITO is way better.
First off no one said anything as we enter the store. The first we seen was the over flowing trash cans at the door. All the tables were nasty. The bathrooms we're nasty and no toliet paper. Their were plenty of workers no reason the store should have looked this way. This was my 1st time ever at Chipotle and I am very disappointed.
I love Chipolte. I eat there about twice a week. I travel a lot, so I have eaten at almost every location in NC. I ate at this one twice this week to and from my trip. My concerns are in the lack of availability of product. On my first visit, they were out of vinaigrette dressing. On my return visit, they were out of fajita veggies and steak. Let's keep things stocked!
