Love CFA. Clean dining fast service. Always reliable and you know what you are getting…excellent service with a smile and great quality food. Bathrooms were clean!
The Market Salad is my go to & is always great. Today I got about 2 strawberries & half a dozen blueberries. The lettuce was partly rotten. Chicken was great!! Apple chunks were generous. Service was fast. Maybe all the fresh salads were being made????Not what I usually get.
Friendly service, but they did not confirm the order and read it back. We were missing two 3ct strips and the sandwiches weren’t fresh, they were built to bulk sandwiches. Also, the medium fries were halfway full. It was an okay experience but the details I noticed (I work at a CFA in Lexington) gets this one two stars.
The Cobb chicken salad was so good! The chicken noodle soup was very tasty and the potatoes were fresh and lightly salted! Clean and fast service! I sat outside was able to get a beautiful view of the Mountains ?! That was the highlight of my day.
Eat here all the time. Friendly staff & fresh high quality food. Very convenient to order using app & you earn points toward free food. Dine-in, patio seating, drive through & delivery offered. Convenient to I-40. Plenty of free parking.
What can I say that hasn’t been said before. Chic-Fil-A is the king of fast foods. From the quality customer service to the high quality food, its my go too. The mobile app works great as well!
I can say this is the ONLY negative CFA experience our family has ever had. Staffer taking order @ lunch rush beyond rude. I was masked and she clearly did not like it. At the window the (super kind and helpful) fulfillment staffers had to fix more than half the order.Seriously, CFA, always the friendliest people. This one time, my goodness that staffer needs to be away from the role of greeter.
I eat here everyday. Sometimes more than once. Grill chicken nuggets have helped me lose weight. Always fast and fresh.
Very long lines for subpar food. This Chic Fila isn't like the rest. I think it must be poor management. Here's my story.Granted, I only ordered $60 worth of food for dinner tonight, but when I got home the order was completely wrong. Not one order was right! And they forgot the desserts.The family was so disappointed that I went back to see if they would correct the mistake.I drove back (wasting gas wohoo!) and the manager seemed perplexed at my complaint, stared at me for a minute without saying anything, as if not only didn't she have a remedy, but not even offer an APOLOGY.I drove off after neither was offered and I was being stared down with the stink eye for a solid 90 seconds from a blonde 20 yr old with no managerial skills whatsoever.I will never return. I felt violated. I felt profiled because of how incredibly strange and akward the interaction was. The only times I ever felt that way was when I was being discriminated against.Very dissatisfied.DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Fast service! Extremely clean. Everything was labeled and easy to follow (mobile order, drive thru, etc). All of the staff was super friendly! Our food was delicious (south western chicken salad and Mac and cheese). We were impressed there was someone constantly cleaning and disinfecting tables after each group left. Would definitely stop there again (on a road trip). Thanks!
