Why is everything so stale and sloppy at this location? Either the biscuit is hard, order missing items, half wrapped burrito, or there is an extremely long wait time for a mobile curbside order. SMH! Come on staff we count on you to provide good service and food. Management needs to do better training and coaching staff!

I like the quality but hate an insincere “my pleasure”. It’s annoying.The chicken breasts have gotten much smaller over time yet the prices went up???!?However… C-f-A has the best service and consistent quality of all fast food restaurants.
Like staying at a 5 star hotel!! Usually employees be groan a family with 3 small children entering… but the folks here always treat us like royalty! The service & hospitality is always shockingly above & beyond. Thanks Chik Fil A!
I’ve never have had a problem at this establishment but a person that claims she is a manager called Jaylee was very argumentative over the speaker with me and my family about a made to order,order and told me & my family to pull up at the window and take the food how it come, cold or hot just take it, this was very unprofessional for it to be their pleasure to serve good paying customer each day, so I advise anyone do not stop by during dinner hours they are rude, just stick with breakfast and lunch!
Chick-Fil-A = friendly staff, quick service, and delicious fried chicken. Also, try the Mac and cheese. It is legit.
It’s always disappointing to come to this Chik-fil-A hoping for a warm, fresh cookie and get something burnt and hard, but sold like that, regardless. 9am Friday. Couldn’t eat half of it b/c it was so overcooked and hard. Yet, they sell them like this anyway. The new CFA on Airport Road in south Asheville or even the Hendersonville CFA are much better at quality assurance of items sold and taking things out of the oven before obliterated.
They got the order correct. The tenants were nice. It’s my pleasure to leave a great review. 5 stars in regards when compared to fast food restaurants
