I love Chick FIL A. I think they are the best business model out there in terms of fast food. They stick to what they know, they've adapted to their growing customer base to still provide fast service by sending their employees outside to take orders, they made the company-wide decision to have their employees respond with "It's my pleasure" and I've never had a bad chicken sandwich. That's every Chick FIL A I've ever been to in any state. Give it up for Chick FIL A ???????
The quality of Chick-fil-A has gone downhill. If my kids didn’t love this place, we would never eat here. The staff don’t know the policies about the food and customizations. They constantly get the orders wrong, the line is always super long and the staff aren’t as friendly as they use to be. I order the same thing every time we come. It can’t possibly be that hard to work at a fast food restaurant, give ppl what they ask and PAY for and move on right???!
Update: check out my cool photo of fries out of the bag. Notice anything missing? I checked my food order, didn’t know I had to remove the napkins and condiments to check portion size for an almost $3 box of fancy cut potatoes. I hate the fact my kid likes this place so much. This location consistently makes errors not common to the whole of the business. If it’s custom, don’t count it being right. Last three orders between me and my lady were comped due to lack of attention. Then get the free food and have to bring it back because there is meat in a vegetarian custom request. It’s just comical at this point.
It's a Chick-fil-A, either you love it or you don't. If you find the taste of their signature peanut oil and diet lemonade capable of overpowering the bitter hint of homophobia inherent to the franchise, then you'll get your fill of it here. With that being said, the drive-thru always seems to run pretty smoothly here, considering how busy it sometimes gets.
You are becoming like the rest. Taking care of delivery and curbside that in person service is suffering. So the customers that actually come in takes second and even 3rd place in service. 25 min for a sandwich. Little smarty with long dark hair, about 22. Didn’t appreciate her attitude! So when I raised my voice it was in reaction to her poor attitude. Not what I expect out of YOU.
The last 3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve waited longer than 15 mins for food. They struggle with the drive thru lanes all of the staff appears to be new/different every time I go. No managers or people older than 17 in sight.
This location rocks. It’s staffed with the most upbeat folks I’ve ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. The food is well prepared and extensively customizable. In my experience they take great care to get every order precisely right. My monthly visits to Suffolk almost always include a stop at this Chick FilA. Their staff is consistently friendly, polite, and focused, even during the rush hour mash.
These people are fantastic employees. They are patient, nicely dressed, have manners and are just plain helpful. The grandbabies love the nuggies and waffle fries, and I feel they're eating healthy, real food. I will continue to go here because I'm treated well and with respect. Thanks Chick-fil-A!!
Visited during COVID and so I just went through the drive through. They were pretty busy with several cars in front of us but we were in and out with the correct order in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised, I thought it would have taken longer. Four stars instead of five for the cramped parking lot.
Not one of the most traditional breakfasts but absolutely delicious. Staff is always polite and never had a mess up on any order.
