Caroline Allured absolutely nailed our wedding food service. From the delicious appetizers to the lovely entrées, everything was perfect. My husband has a severe dairy allergy and Caroline went out of her way to create a perfect and safe menu for him. The servers at our wedding did an incredible job, and every single aspect of the food service was immaculate. We were especially thankful for the chance to set up a tasting and adjust food to meet our preferences even more. Thank you so much!
Caroline was fantastic to work with and our wedding catering was absolutely perfect. My husband and I have been to a lot of weddings, we haven't really been impressed with any of the catering, and honestly didn't have very high expectations for ours (we've both served at weddings before and understand just how difficult it is to keep foods hot and tasting the way they're supposed to throughout the night), and Caroline completely blew us away. She even made a last-minute addition to our menu when we realized our wedding was on round 3 of The Masters and let us add on pimiento cheese sandwiches. My husband hates pimiento cheese and chicken salad... he loved Caroline's). Like so many couples, we didn't get to eat much, but on the advice of our friends we provided to-go containers, and when we got back to our hotel, we had stacks of them waiting for us. We ate the most awesome pasta salad and beautiful fruit on the floor of our hotel room. We'll never forget it. Thank you SO MUCH Caroline!
They were so amazing! Our wedding had a lot of different dietary needs and Caroline went above and beyond for all of my family and friends needs - the food was a hit and people talked about the salmon for a week after! They were all so hard working and so wonderful, can’t go wrong!

Caroline was so wonderful to work with! We were able to do a tasting with her and she helped customize the menu to really meet our favorite tastes. Our guests all raved about how amazing the food was and the serving team were very polite and helpful. We highly recommend the Caroline Allured Catering team and food for any event!!
Caroline and her team was completely wonderful from start to finish and we highly recommend her catering services for a wedding. We got the lobster, vegan stuffed mushroom, and cheesy chicken bake (OMG YUM). We did a taste test at her lovely home and were blown away--man can she cook! Everything on our wedding menu turned out beyond perfect. We cannot say enough great things about her. I only wish she could cook for us more often :D
Caroline catered our wedding at Homewood in Asheville, NC on 9/20/20. We were lucky enough to be able to do our food/cake tasting in her home before the pandemic, which was wonderful. We chose beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, green beans with lemon butter, and macaroni and cheese for our wedding of 16. She also did spinach stuffed mushrooms, brie and bacon phyllo cups, and grapes for our cocktail hour.We originally had our wedding scheduled for 5/2/20 with ~100 guests, and Caroline was more than accommodating of our postponement, guest changes, and menu changes. The food was all absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful. We also had her make our cake (Italian wedding cake), which is one of the best cakes I've ever tasted, if not the best. I highly recommend Carolind Allured Catering for any event!
This catering company catered our company Thanksgiving luncheon, and the food was out of this world. Every single dish was fresh and flavorful, and everyone enjoyed their lunch. We very much appreciate all that was provided!
I can't say enough about Caroline. From our first conversations, to the end result, she was a pleasure and a professional through and through. She catered our daughter's wedding this month at Homewood in Asheville. She offered great suggestions and provided much-needed calm in the wedding planning process. Outstanding.
I would give a zero if possible. Forced to work with this caterer via the venue for our wedding at Homewood in Asheville, NC. It's been over a year since our wedding event .I tried to take some time. Noone wants to look back on what should be the best night of their lives with such disdain. I've been trying to look back positively. But...NO. Not only was SALMON served in lieu of the TROUT I ordered, but caroline & her staff STOLE our spread which included not only the 5k worth of food provided by her company but also the traditional Laotian food prepared by my in laws. I tried to contact everyone ON MY WEDDING NIGHT within an hour of leaving Homewood to inquire about the HUGE AMOUNT OF LEFTOVERS that I had already coordinated with the 'wedding coordinator' for Homewood... Our leftovers were supposed to be boxed&loaded up to take to the home we rented for all of our guests. Caroline was unreachable till the next day, when she informed me that the food had been "thrown away". Which was false as I had returned to the venue to find none of the PRIME RIB, SALMON (SUPPOSED TO BE TROUT!) SIDES OR TRADITIONAL LAOTIAN FOOD PREPARED WHICH WAS UPWARDS OF $1000 in the trash there. This was not their food to dispose- IT WAS MINE AS I PAID AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO HAVE IT BOXED UP AFTER THE WEDDING I saw all of the trash as far as scraps/paper products in the trash but none of the food. I contacted Caroline and she basically shrugged it off. Homewood& Caroline Allured are the worst companies ive ever worked with. Mine is not the first wedding ruined. I've found a group of couples just like me that are holding back reviews like this to attempt not to have such a bad wedding memory. After letting a year pass, I'm still so sad. DO NOT EVER USE THESE COMPANIES. And if anyone reads this that had a similar experience, please feel free to reach out to me. It's NOT OK.
