The $ is a little misleading. A cheeseburger with fries is a roughly ~$20 meal (with tax and tip). For $20 you can go to nationally recognized restaurants in the area and still have money left. Went thinking it was cheaper than Five Guys but that's not the case. The MINIMUM you pay for fries is $5 and they're not as good or plentiful as Five Guys.The burgers themselves are good but basically the exact same as Five Guys but with less topping options. And Five Guys has free parking so there's legit no reason to go here unless you're stuck downtown and absolutely craving a smash burger.The owners should look up Chargrill in Raleigh to see what a local burger joint is supposed to be.3 stars for the good customer service, vegan option, and decent burger. But my wife didn't like her vegan burger so I can't imagine I'll be back as my money goes further at nearly any other restaurant.

Very nice and amazing employees. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and was better then any chicken sandwich I have ever gotten. Definitely would recommend for people stopping by downtown Asheville.

Great fries. Really good. Hamburgers were made on a griddle and very greasy. Had to use like 10 napkins to get through the burger. Did use fresh condiments; lettuce, onions, and pickles all very fresh.
Is absolutely one of the worst places. So let me explain to you how they do their employees. Right after the Christmas holidays they up and close for a whole month no notice. With that being said the quality of the food has drastically changed. They have started making their bread to cut pennies and to be honest with you the bread is awful. 3 years ago this place was awesome. But the restaurant has took a drastic change but I guess that's what happens when you have a owner That doesn't care
Great smashburgers; well-seasoned meat, delicious brioche buns, and classic American cheese. Fries are mediocre. Atmosphere is very lowkey and to-the-point, no frills.
