Most the time they forget something I've ordered. And the last few times its tasted bad.
On many occasions I have came thru drive thru an people be kind an courteous. This experience I had to day was just the straw that broke the camel's back we place our order pay for our food pull to parking spot to eat an low an behold the drive thru attendant was not only rude unfriendly unapproachable she was also not helping. I won't come back because of this experience sad sad sad customer service
We had an exceptional experience at this location today. We ordered mobile and got it immediately after coming in the door, which is really good. We love to use this location and will continue to use it. Thank you very much.
It was around 10:20 am when I arrived and had to wait just a few minutes for them to switch from breakfast to lunch menu. The two burgers I ordered were made perfect and fresh, probably because of my timing. No complaints, it was great.I would love to see them put out a table or two or bench even outside for eating outside.

Kim, as a manager you’d think you’d have a little customer service skills. Rude for no reason. If you can’t handle your job, QUIT! I came to get a whopper jr with cheese, I was given a bacon cheese burger. Not to mention it was cold, like bun just been thawed out type of cold. Anyways, Simple mistake simple fix… I came back very polite. I was told to pull to the front where I sat for 10mins and there was NO line. I decided to pull back around to get a refund. Kim didn’t come to the window to help apologize or anything..just treated me as if I wasn’t a valued customer.
Everytime we get food from there it's cold stale or missing an I mean I have waited months in between visits an always sucks
Have not been to a Burger King in 20 years. Arrived at 10:30 for a Whopper you would think at that time in the morning the burger would be just cooked and fresh. Well it tasted like a rubber slab of meat that was left over from the night before and microwaved to heat. No more Whoppers or Burger King in my future!
This place is sometimes good and sometimes awful. No consistency. Sometimes they are open sometimes closed. I'm sure lack of staff doesn't help the issue.
