Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I coild. The only positive was the bartender was super friendly and kind. They were out of wings, yikes but that's not the problem. I ordered a double smash burger and when it was delivered the bottom bun was literally saturated in grease, the bun was literally falling apart when I picked it up. I took two bites and that was all I could do. Sent it back and got morning else. Today, I u fortunately have been dealing with food poisoning. I know exactly what it feels like and how my body expels it and this is a classic case. I will NEVER go back there.
Today was the second consecutive visit where we've had to walk out without being served. The previous time was a few months ago I went with my daughter and her friend we got there it was not busy at all nobody waiting for tables we stood at the host station waiting for someone to seat us. Two employees were standing off in the distance talking and laughing with each other. I said hello to them and they just looked over and continued talking to each other so we left.Reluctantly, I let my daughter talk me into trying again today and it was even worse. We arrived shortly afternoon but it was not busy when we arrived. We were seated right away they brought our drinks right away we ordered an appetizer that came pretty quickly then we waited for over a half an hour and still did not have our meal. We saw two tables come in after us that already had their food and were almost done. All that we ordered were a couple of plates of boneless wings so it's not like we had some massive order. Just about the time I was trying to ask the waitress to check on our food some other customer was having a meltdown over his wait. The waitress then cussed at both of us and walked off saying that she was effing leaving. Up until that moment the problem was not the waitress. The problem was the disorganization in the kitchen. When you've got the same number of people at two tables, it stands to reason that the one that was ordering first would get their food first. I went to see the manager to pay for our drinks and appetizer and he didn't really seem the least bit interested nor surprised. The other party left. We left. I will never return to this dump. It's dirty, run down, in dire need of renovation and New Management. The corporate office should fire the entire staff clean the place up and try harder. Otherwise, just lock the door and go home. Any business that's this bad is doomed!
Ordered my food without issue. Get notification about 25 after ordering that my food was on the way! Awesome! 5 min later, get a call from delivery driver saying they are out of what I ordered.This had me frustrated as the store never called with this information or to ask if I wanted something different. Especailly being 25-30 min after order was confirmed. They made the delivery driver call and ask!Called the store and spoke to the manager. She was very nice and respectful! Explained what happened and as a courtesy, She would add in some extras. The way she spoke and and handled everything was 5+ Stars. Will return because of that!
I usually don't leave reviews, especially bad ones for a server because I am a server and I understand that people have bad nights. But this experience was just absolutely awful. It took about 10 minutes for our server to even come to our table and then we ordered drinks and appetizers at the same time and got our appetizers before we even got our drinks because she forgot to make them. And then when we did place our order with her she forgot to put it in so an hour later we got our food. And of course it wasn't right. We never got drink refills at all had to go find someone else to get us a to-go box because our waitress was nowhere to be found 90% of the time. And then when we go to check out they did one of the meals, which we very much appreciated. But when she brought me my change back it was nowhere near the correct change shorted me more than her tip should have been. And even then I had to go and find a manager because our server was still nowhere to be found.
Came here Friday night and stood at the hostess station for over 15 minutes. The manager asked how many (8) and walked away with an attitude. Didn't see her for over 15 minutes. The restaurant was a quarter full. Thankfully a gentleman named Douglas got a table cleaned for us after seeing us stand there for over 15 minutes. We've never had a good experience with staff here. They need to fire their management. Because they definitely bring this place down.
This business is trash. I will NOT be coming back. I live in Lexington, SC... let's say SC has better service than this location alone. The person working the to-go area appeared to be drunk. He was not really understanding that we waited 45 minutes to have our order prepared and ready. I understand they were busy when we ordered, maybe....but, picking the order up was a nightmare. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was even asked what I was waiting for. The guy that was drunk that helped me, wasn't really apologetic at all about my wait.For someone visiting an area where a lot of out of towners would visit, this should be rather more upscale than fast food. I am giving ONE STAR because that is the least I can give.Customer service is always number one, other than the customer always being right.I'm so glad I got to experience this restaurant, because now I know where I will NOT visit again.
Been here twice in a many weeks. Both times the servers seemed like they had better things to do. Idk if they are short staffed or what the issue is. Two of our party ordered a combo that was supposed to come with fries and slaw. The fact that it came with two sides is what mate it a better deal than just two orders of wings. The food came and no slaw. When we asked about it they said most people never say anything about the slaw so they just don't make it. We were told they would bring us slaw if we wanted it. As I was paying for it and ordered it yes we wanted it. What we got was some shredded cabbage that had a squirt of slaw dressing plopped on top. That took about half an hour to get. Only one person of the six of our party got celery or carrots with their order although all of us were supposed to. We only saw our server once between placing the order and the check being delivered. Six people in a party with a bill of almost $200 and nobody could bother to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything.

We went up to the manager who was not apologetic at all. Floors are disgusting and workers are just standing around. Nachos were cold. Took 30 minutes for our wings when we were 1 of 4 tables in the resturant. Luckily our meal was comp’d. I now know that this place is low class so thanks Buffalo Wild Wings Asheville for making our valentines dinner really bad. Very disappointed
Great service! Server was professional and polite and took great care of us. Food was excellent and so were the drinks. Also the pool tables made for a great time as well!
