Very good service! Comfortable little restaurant. I had the Mediterranean salad with salmon. The salad by itself was very good size, the salmon blackened was standard fare. My wife had wood fired wings that were good. We shared the delicious and very artichokey spinach artichoke dip, the chips seemed bagged but they were plentiful and fresh. My daughter got a little pepperoni pizza, it wasn't a game changer but it was good brick oven pizza. A good place for a any party though I wouldn't recommend a party bigger than probably 10.
Pizza was good. Food took so long to come out! Maybe 30-40 minutes. So, be mindful about that if you’re wanting to eat quickly before going to the movies or something. My family got: 1.) BBQ Chicken (red onions and cilantro 2.) Americo (pepperoni and mushroom 3.) Sausage Honey, and 4.) Greek Pizza. We also ordered Garlic Rosemary Chicken Wings as an appetizer. Good thing they came with Ranch sauce and Buffalo Hot sauce for dipping because they were bland. Nice crispy skin and soft meat, but again it was flavorless.I tried each pizza listed above. They were all thin and crispy. Didn’t care for the Greek Pizza but my favorite was the Sausage Honey Pizza. The waitress was okay. She didn’t clear the appetizer plates our whole stay until the very end when she took our bill and credit card away. For all of what we ate plus two soft drinks, it was kinda expensive… I mean the food tasted good but I don’t think it was $71+ good, lol.
I love the food here. Spinach dip is on point and there are massive chunks of artichokes. Even if they're pickled or canned, the acidity lends a lot of great flavor, and you can taste and feel the jalapeno in there too. Thai chicken pizza is pretty good too. I would maybe just re-word the description on the menu. It says there are pistachios but there's literally one on each slice of pizza. Understandable in a way since it is an expensive ingredient. The Thai chicken salad will change your life for the better. Peanut satay dressing will make you cry happy tears.
Before coming up this weekend, my family who has visited the area before recommended this restaurant to me and they were spot on the money. I just ate here today during a slow period and it is definitely wonderful & cheap for a non-chain pizza restaurant. At first, I dis not see cheese pizza on the menu so I asked my waitress (I can’t remember her name) if they had it, and she said yes. It was out pretty quickly, at a temperature to where it did not burn my mouth (I usually have to wait for food to cool down before eating it but I was able to eat it immediately). For $8.95 pre-tax (10-inch) pizza, this was a bargain.
Pizza was amazingly delicious! Exceeded my wife's expectations and then some. Would most definitely recommend. Great music and atmosphere. Went in right at 1100 with no wait. Wonderful service from the host and our waiter Chris.
The barbecue chicken pizza is always a favorite, but I have never had a pizza that I didn't like at Brixx. Great beer selection, and hummus appetizer is delicious. Good place for family dinner, lunch with friends, or a quick bite before shopping or movie in Biltmore Park.
They warned us of a staff shortage, which was fine since we weren't in a rush, but the quality of food was severely lacking. We ordered three different pies and wings. All of which tasted old and stale. The waiter was nice and the rotating beer on tap was decent.
We walked here while staying at the Hilton. Brixx had seating immediately available when other nearby restaurants had a long wait. So glad we ate at Brixx. Waiter was phenomenal, allowing us plenty of time to drink, relax and then order. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip. WOW. It was fabulous. Plenty of artichokes and the chips were good too! I was very happy to learn that their pizza didn't come with the normal red sauce. We ordered it that way though.) Lots of toppings and plenty big enough. We took some home. Cinnamon whisky sours were delicious. Next time we may try the cauliflower dough.
Absolutely PERFECT just as it is every time I eat there (almost daily). My server, Lyndsey can really handle the floor busy or not and has an amazing ability to read her tables to be able to tell if they want to chat and have a good time or just be left alone to eat. She always was right there refilling my drink or getting me a napkin before I had to ask. Phenomenal service. The woman behind the bar is also a master of her craft. The manager Chris is very professional and always has made sure to take care of any mistakes which are VERY RARE and does exactly what he says he will do to fix the problem which has only come from the bearded gentleman behind the bar. Last but not least Tasha runs a very tight ship and expects nothing less than amazing from her staff and she is doing a GREAT job running that restaurant. WONDERFUL TEAM!!
We dined here at lunch on January 20, 2022. We had had pizza from this Brixx previously and it was great. Service was a little slow, but we understand current employee trends are rough everywhere. Unfortunately, our food was cold when it arrived. It would have been a good pizza…warm, but the spaghetti was very cold so our granddaughter was disappointed and left hungry.
