$9 for fried pickles that look like they were dunked in milk then fried. Ordered wings didn’t get carrots/celery and when asked for them was met with rude behavior. Food was subpar. Service sucked. And was not worth the money I spent. If I could give this gross looking establishment zero stars I would

Not what it used to be. I'm sure the pandemic took it's toll, but they don't even seem to be trying. First time we'd been in for a few months. Sandwiches seemed to be half the size, with run of the mill buns, but the biggest disappointment was ordering the previously amazing Smokehouse wings, only to receive very clearly NON-smoked, tiny fried wings. At least change the menu. Staff was great, and I feel sorry for them, as management clearly doesn't care anymore.

We stopped in on a trip to Asheville after a visit at the Biltmore. We were looking for some great BBQ take out. This place did NOT disappoint. The staff was so friendly, helped us pick our menu items and gave us lots of sauces to try. We scarfed this down so fast. Easily best BBQ I’ve had in my life so far!

Do not get Take Out unless you plan on paying a lot extra. The food is still good, but they now charge an automatic 20% gratuity for any take out order over $20 with no posted warning. They also have signs up asking for you to tip on to go orders! The server told me it was programmed into the computer and there is nothing they can do about it. $7.40 for a server to walk to the kitchen, put two containers in a bag, and bring it to the front!!! ? Also, when you pay for a premium side upgrade (mac-and-cheese), I don't expect to have plastic in it when I get home! It makes me question how "premium" it is or if it was in a freezer and microwaved before serving. This used to be one of the best BBQ places in town, but they have gone downhill quickly. From now on, we will take your business to somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Staff was very nice. Food was just ok. My husband got ribs and they were really tough. I got the Cuban sandwich and it was pretty good. I almost spilled my drink because the table was wobbly. Really cool decor but the napkin holder extremely dusty and made me sneeze the entire meal.

Definitely the worst food I've had in my life. I prefer a cold McDonalds BigMac over this. I got the ribs. They were cold and tough. My order was to go and since there were some people in the restaurant, I thought that was a good indicator that the food would be fresh. Boy was I wrong. The food I'd poorly seasoned of at all. My sides were the Mac casserole and the street corn. The 2 hush puppies were hard like marbles and the only thing that tasted good was my coke drink. When I went back to work with the food I was told that i shouldn't have went there because the place had gone downhill. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my $25.

Very happy..lots of BBQ choices at bar.. Brisket was so tender, ribs had some pull, but everything came off the bones..We had the family style.. enough leftovers to take home. Great visit.

great food, super friendly staff--loved my CUBANO!!!!!

First time here, tried the brisket plate. Brisket was extremely dry and overcooked. There was no pink in the meat or flop when picking it up to show moisture. The bark was pretty thin. Must of been reheated from a previous days cook as well. The fried okra side was good and it's saving grace. Previous Google reviews and photos looked better, willing to go back and try this place again. Possibly with staffing shortages they're not bringing their A game and not smoking as much fresh brisket but still, no reason it should be overcooked by this much.
