a really nice location with good cider
We stopped here on a busy Friday night. Most restaurants are still understaffed and this place was no different. If you come for cider or so-so craft beer, maybe you will be happy. But they do NOT have a full bar, only a limited selection of cocktails. The food arrived quickly and the waitress never reappeared. Maybe she new the food was terrible. The $13 hamburger was not up to even fast food quality. The steak enchiladas were over cooked with dried out rice and under cooked beans. I did stop the waitress and ask if I could have some salsa. She said they didn’t have any. No I did not want ketchup. The place was so noisy you couldn’t hear yourself think much less have a conversation. I will never go back. There many good places to eat in Asheville, this is not one of them.

The food and drinks were wonderful! The service was amazing! However, the live Music was so loud they ran us out of the restaurant. In our car with the windows up we could still hear every note and every word.
LOVED this place. The best drinks we had in Nashville, went home with 3 packs of cider. The staff was phenomenal. We participated in Thirsday trivia night and it was so fun. Also pleasantly surprised with the food here. It was $5 burger night which came with the burger and fries. I had the burger with apples on it and it was by far one of the best burgers I've had! Thankful for this awesome laid back place! We will be back.
If you like bold Rock cider you would definitely like their brewery in town with a restaurant. You get to try all their different types of ciders and they also have bar food.
First, the atmosphere is ?? perfect! Pricing is super affordable, and worth it! We didn't eat anything, but we definitely drank!! I've been a big fan of Bold Rock since I first started trying ciders, I was absolutely ecstatic when I found out Asheville had a BR bar! I'll 100% be back everytime we visit ??
Nice open spot with huge windows for fresh air. Friendly staff, clean inside. Food menu wasn’t huge but the options were good and the food was delicious. Came and it was 1/2 off apps which we were happily surprised by. Big cider menu and a decent beer menu.
Our server was very nice and friendly.They don't have a full bar, they only serve a few cocktails. That's why I'm removing 1 star. I couldn't find anything that I like to drink. :(Someone with me said the nachos were great.
This Bold Rock location is right in the best part of downtown Asheville, but still has the laid back vibe found at each Bold Rock tasting room. We had a great waiter (apologies I forgot his name) but he was friendly, didn’t mind we only wanted to order drinks, didn’t rush us out even though they were closing! The inside is beautiful and the ciders are always amazing! Definitely check this place out!
