The drive thru was way too slow, it took most of my lunch break to get my food. Then I had 5 minutes to eat and rush back to work! Good biscuit tho.
Curbside does not work. No signs or messaging that even if you use the app you still have to go through the terrible drive-thru.
I've gone here two times around 5pm and have been told they are out of chicken. The 3rd time I went back I ordered chicken supremes. I've never seen them so small before this.
Hateful staff. Ordered an item that IS on the menu and they refused to make it for me. The young person working the drive thru made a bunch of snarky comments when I ordered no ice in my drink. Probably would have been funnier if I hadn't already been goven such a hard time. Won't be back. If i dont eat i wont be back.
I went 2 nights in a row the first night around 8 pm they said they were out of chicken, the very next night I ordered a 12 piece and I kid you not I got it and it was raw inside still bloody the service at this location on patton avenue has declined so bad it's not safe to even eat here anymore there was also a rude note on the drive thru window I have pics of food and note
If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for some good ol fast food this is the place for you. I saw an old lady die of old age in the car behind me and all she wanted was a chicken strip. Jesus Christ, so sloooooow.
Normally they're pretty quick depending on what you get but today it was extremely lagging. I believe there were only 2-3 people working.
We stopped going to this location because they would always get something wrong. After a couple of years and going to the Merimon Ave location (because they always get it right) we decided to try the Patton store again. Guess what? They still don't care. We still didn't get what we ordered and paid for. Stay away from this Bojangles if you want to eat what you requested and paid for. Go to the Merimon Ave location instead.
After 2 other restaurants told me "sorry, but you can't have that", and "we're out of that", I tried Bojangles. Guess what, "We're out of legs". I told (not yelling) them what happened at two other places and the woman started YELLING at me in the drive thru, telling me how short handed they were. What does that have to do with running out of legs?DON'T EVER YELL AT ME!!!!!!!!!!There are too many Bojangles around to have to go to THAT one again.And I never will!!!
Placed an order through drive thru gave the woman 20 dollar bill meal was 5.89 she gave me 4.12 back I told her I gave her 20 she said no I told her she was lieing she took my 4 dollars back and said she would count her drawer took her about 5 minutes she came to door said her register was right I want my money she stole from me 14 dollars
