Delicious! A variety of options make this establishment a great choice for diverse pallets in your group. A plethora of vegan options are available, but meat is still on the menu! Beware that these aren’t traditional recipes. Some extra veggies might add different flavor profiles than you would expect but also add nutritional value! I wish that the rice portion would have been larger for the curry! Great service!

This place goes back and forth with a couple others as my favorite. It’s pretty straightforward as curry places go but two things set it apart from all other restaurants. The food and the atmosphere. Great food is not so difficult to find in Asheville but, like a few other places here, Blue Dream just feels nice. I’m more country than city and don’t care for trips downtown. Blue Dream can make me step out of my comfort zone because I feel comfortable when I’m there.
I was searching for a lunch spot on an unexpectedly snowy April day and popped in here. I had the Panang Curry with chicken. It hit the spot. One of the better curries I’ve had. Just the right amount of heat (I told my sever “somewhere in the middle” when she asked about spice level). Lots of veggies. Paired it with a blueberry basil soda. Very nice bouquet of flavors on a cold afternoon. I wanted to go back for dinner but my wife and daughter vetoed me. I’ll be coming back here on future trips.
Picked up one of the AIR passports this year and this is one of the listed places available.With this being a restaurant in downtown please give yourself a lot of time for parking, we worked in 15 minutes extra and then ended up being 10 minutes late for our reservation time.Little bit of a rough start, had reservations but they never asked and kept telling us they didn't have space and to just find a table in this one small area. Had to keep telling them we had reservations.After that service was good. We got the lettuce wraps with trout as an appetizer, heads up it's one of those that comes as 3 wraps so kinda awkward to split between 2 people. We both ordered different curries and went with a medium spice level which worked well for me. I also got a side of the picked veggies, really recommend them as they go well with the curry.Off the drink menu I had both the gimlet and the margarita, both were made very strong and definitely worth it. Very interesting flavor combos on both of those.
Love Blue Dream Curry House! Tried for first time last night. Excellent! Casual vibe. Friendly staff. Great service. Brown rice option. Amazing food! Can’t wait to go back!
