AMAZING biscuits, excellent mimosas, friendly staff!! Our 2nd time there and definitely not our last!!!!
This place was a must for us on our trip to Asheville. it did not disappoint! We ordered the country ham biscuit, plain biscuits, fried green tomatoes and home fries. The jam bar was fantastic! We bought some sweet potato chai jam for home. Every staff member was kind and friendly. We even met another murderino! We will recommend this spot every chance we get. Thanks from Nashville!
Great food, fast service.
Great brunch spot! Everything we ordered was amazing and the service was good too. The biscuits are big and tender. I often crave the pimento cheese grits. The pimento cheese is some of the best I have ever had. Their jams and jellies are also very good. I loved the peach rosemary enough to take a jar home and need to come back again for more. This was a great place to fuel up before a day of hiking.
The cathead biscuits are awesome. But OMG the orange juice! It's like a glass of cuties punched you in the face. The biscuits, eggs, baloney and bacon delicious. The sausage gravy was sweet. Gravy should never be sweet. Well except chocolate gravy.I already mentioned the juice.. oh the juice. Fresh squeezed juice... juice...Pros: Good food, cool location, outdoor seating, the delicious oh so delicious juice, good coffeeCons: Limited seating, you have to pay for parking, sweet gravy... ?
I heard and read all about how great Biscuit Head breakfasts were…so while I was in Asheville I had to try it. We stopped by multiple locations and there was a line out the door at every location…so we picked one and got in line. The line moved quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. I tried the fried green tomatoes biscuit along with pimento cheese grits and…heavenly!! They had some great twists on traditional southern foods and folding them into breakfasts. I would encourage anyone in the area to stop in and give it a try. Truly a unique and wonderful dining experience
we had the huge bisquit, egg, country ham and unmelted cheese...very dissapointing..we expected better thats why we planned this visit. the place is eclectic and cool but the food and service lacking.cheese when on a bisquit should at least be melted ,its like they took the cheese out the fridge and plopped it on the bisquit.....we ve had better so we know better...
We were lucky to come here on a semi busy Friday morning without a long wait. My friend really enjoyed her food while I was a little underwhelmed. I personally didn't care for the texture of the biscuits but the mimosa chicken was tasty. I'd definitely come back again on my next visit to try something else. We tried coming back Sunday around 10 and it was a no go. Line around the building so we moved on haha.
I absolutely loved this place. It's fun and well-run. It was really busy, but the line moved well and there always seemed to be seating. Prices were reasonable, and food was so delicious. I loved the jelly bar to try different ones on your biscuit. My favorite was the berry.
We visited here on our way out of town heading back home and I wish we had visited it earlier in our trip because we would easily be back for breakfast multiple times!!! The biscuits were absolutely delicious!!! They fell apart as you ate them and dissolved like butter. Absolutely perfect!!!!
