Three of us had a late lunch and sat inside in the nice cool interior on a sweltering day. We had a nice view of the gardens outside. Two of us got a slice of quiche a very generous salad with the reduced balsamic vinaigrette, which was excellent, and we shared a bowl of the really fantastic tomato bisque. The other one of us had the curried chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, with chips. Service was friendly, but we noted some of the silverware wasn’t 100% clean. Would definitely return.

Loved the food. Staff was so friendly. Will be back. Highly recommend!

Had an early lunch here on Sunday on Memorial weekend and got in line about 11:15 am there were only 3 people ahead of us so managed to get out orders in quickly, credit card only payment. Great lunch and a nice seating area outside in the shade. Will go back again this is the 2nd time eating here.

Really charge card only. Many businesses are now offering discounts for cash to eliminate the fees associated with a card. Why would any business turn customers away that want to spend cash?

Got one turkey sandwich, plus 2 hot dogs wrapped in some type of croissant -type pastry that my granddaughter refused to touch after the first bite. All were on the children’s menu. Add two 8 oz apple juice and one seltzer water. This added up to over $40! Vastly overpriced! Would not take cash, since they are not part of the Arboretum, they told me, despite being set up in the building. Never again! I’m a member of the Arboretum, but will never waste my money at the Bistro again!

The weather was great and the food was really good. I had the curried chicken salad sandwich and it was exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable and we will be back with the kids.

Really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich. Unique flavors and affordable price.

Good place to grab a bite to eat after walking the grounds. Order take a seat and they bring it to you. Older lady brought our salad with chicken salad on top. I had the devil courthouse unique and very tasty , Her upbeat attitude made everything even better. All tasted great not a huge fan of curry in the chicken salad. Would have liked a more subtle flavor on top .

It may not have been the worst sandwich I ever got, but it was the worst $11 dollar sando... semi-stale grocery store bread, not very much meat or cheese. condiments kinda slapped on. the "baguette" that came with the soup was a 1" segment of a very thin baguette... very disappointing. bring your lunch if you go there.

Friendly staff, outdoor eating area, relaxed environment, and quick lunch menu. I had the chicken salad, my family has the ham and cheese and the hot dog.
