beyond Amazing food that will get you full

The prime rib philly was so delicious!!... and then...we finished off with the best milkshake I've ever tasted!!

This is a wonderful spot for lunch while enjoying West Asheville. With outdoor seating and delicious, fresh ingredients-Asheville Sandwich Co. will not disappoint! I highly recommend their Brussel sprouts that can be substituted for fries. Eat them hot and fresh for the best experience. And the fries! Shoestring or thick cut - with “animal style” as an option. The only downside is parking. You can find it, but some days it’s a more task difficult than others. Definitely worth the effort and walk if necessary. Enjoy!!

We spent five days in Asheville, eating all the vegan options we could find, and ASC was our favorite. The outdoor dinning was a fun experience if you love to people watch, the service was friendly, and the three items we ordered were done in a fifteen minute time frame. The vegan options were plenty, and the tofu and cauliflower was perfect. We loved everything and have no complaints ✌?

I really like the food. I had the chicken philly & fries. The low rating comes from the service. I ordered online. Got a confirmation that it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived on time, the folks told me it would be another 15 minutes. Sitting out in the courtyard, they said the same tomany other patroons. The staff seemed to be half baked. Not the most professional even for Asheville.….. Follow up: Got a call from the owner about the service. I appreciate that so much. AND, I still stand by the quality of food. My sandwich was so tasty and the fries are generous and yummy.

Great french fries, (too bad I went with the alternative bag of chips) my sandwhich was well made and our family order was served 100% correct by the lovely Rebecca - bubbliest most cheerful server ever. The only negative (hence the 4 stars) was the high prices for what is basically a very simple hole in the wall. Their Philly cheese steak is $10.95, back home in FL I get one of the best Philly cheese steaks I have ever eaten for - $6.95.

Super friendly crew. Had the Italian, a cheese steak and Cajun chicken sandos with a vanilla milkshake topped HIGH with whipped cream. Italian was one of the better sandwiches I've had in the area. Shoe string fries are perfect.

Charges for takeout containers but only does takeout. Adds a 15% gratuity. Got there 5 minutes after the time was told the order would be ready. Told they would start my order now that I'm there waiting outside in the cold. 20 minutes later got the order, no apology for the wait. Buffalo chicken was sweet not spicy. Not worth the wait !

Two stars because the food is actually good. We enjoyed our sandwiches and fries but the wait time is absurd. The first time we went, we thought it was a fluke. However, this time we ordered ahead online and did not receive our order until 20-25 minutes after our given pickup time. When we got home, we noticed that we had been given the wrong food. They did call us when we discovered it, so we went back up to the store to get the correct order. It took 15 minutes just to even speak to someone at the window. Overheard other customers saying they had been waiting upwards of an hour and were consistently told their orders would be ready "in about 15 minutes".The cashier was very nice and did what she could to try to speed things along. But it was very obvious she was stressed and had absolutely no support whatsoever. It's really hard to be cashier, food runner, and customer support when you have a growing line of customers at the window. Adding an additional worker or two would improve the experience tremendously.
