Solid brewery, more German style beers. Pretty good atmosphere. Nice rooftop deck. Lots of food around the door restaurant surrounding it
We love this brewery. There's plenty of space and shaded outdoor seating. They've got great restaurants next door for takeout. And their beer is delicious.
While I was at Pizza Mind, I walked over to Archetype Brewing. The employees here are respectful to their customers and indoor and outdoor seating. The view few from the outdoor balcony is a view of a mural on an apartment complex.
It has a rooftop deck, dogs are allowed, and food nearby they allow you to bring in. Very friendly staff.
Our absolute favorite brewery in Asheville! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is fun. We ordered food, which was delivered to us at the bar, from the Asian restaurant next door. The Sage beer is every bit as good as advertised. Kudos to the brewers here. We will be back!
You cannot visit Asheville without visiting a local brewery. This one is so worth the visit. So many cool things about this spot. Dogs are allowed inside and you can order food delivered to your table from 2 local restaurant next door. Loved Gan Shan West while enjoying a Noble Cherry ? Cider. Great relaxing evening!

Archetype Brewing was HORRIBLE! Though I was so incredibly happy with their beer selection last night. I had ONE beer there and went to the bathroom. When I returned, my partner Shannon said that the bar tender told her that I was cut off. This infuriated me since I had only had TWO beers. Upon leaving, I went up to him and very calmly said: "You could not be more wrong." He then became so apologetic but the damage was done. He should have NOTHING to do with customer service. He's so poor at it!
Perfect spot for a Sunday! Great selections, (try the tart cherry cider!) clean and comfortable.And the live music is also fantastic.Will definitely return!
