Great cheese pizza made with fresh mozzarella. Good, tasty pasta options, including spaghetti, ravioli, eggplant parmasan, and etc. Good Greek salad.Service has always been good here.
We’re using the AIR Passport to try new restaurants around town. So glad 828 was on the list!We came in a Wednesday and it was 1/2 off bottles of wine. Can’t beat that. We were able to take the rest of the bottle home.While the wine deal was nice the pizza was the real winner here. Loved our Chicken Ranch pizza. Great flavors and crispy crust which I love. Greek salad was tasty too.Cherry on top was the wonderful service from everyone!
Amazing pizza! Amazing staff! You will not be disappointed. This was my first time visiting, but I can see why they've been open almost 30 years. They make some great pizza! Really good crust, and excellent cheese. All the toppings options you could ask for. Plus everyone who works there was super nice and welcoming. The place has a nice but relaxed atmosphere, great for families.
So I'm a bit obsessed with pizza- it is literally my #1 favorite food. I've been eating pizza, Stromboli, salads and sandwiches here for years and it never gets old. The food is great, the service is great! I love the way they make their pizza with the thinner crust and globs of mozzarella with lovely marinara sauce.. Dare I say, they might just make my favorite pizza in Asheville. YUM!
This is top tier pizza in Asheville. The crust is my favorite in town. Get a few smaller pizzas instead of a large as the smaller ones tend to be danker.My only complaint is the skimpy amount of toppings for the price added. This is why we usually go with the house specialties rather than build our own

Really good New York Style pizza on the menu at this spot. When my family and I order it we always enjoy it and ourselves. They make killer salads too!
I rated it a 2 because the pizza looked good and my table mates reported it was good, otherwise my meal was 1. Avoid the grilled chicken salad. It was comprised of very small diced pieces of cold chicken and mostly lettuce. I relied on the server who said the chicken portion of generous. Far from. I asked for some extra tomatoes, and didn't get any. There were a very few cut in half cherry tomatoes and 2 or three slices of cucumber. I had the large salad and I was charged for two small cups additional salad dressing. Not worth the time or money.
