If I could do negative stars, I would. Bartender kicked me and my party of 4 out because on last drink we ordered we only tipped a dollar. But that’s after we tipped collectively over 30 beforehand. Very rude and unprofessional. Hotel management was super nice, bartender and grill staff acted like customers were a burden to them and sighed when ordering more drinks. Don’t work customer service jobs if you hate serving customers. If you come here, don’t go to the bar.
We got multiple drinks as we were going back and forth to the hot tub and tipped every time we got a drink. After changing from the hot tub we went back to the bar and got our last drink of the night. My fiancé paid for 3 of the drinks as he lost a bet and tipped, leaving one of us to pay separately in which she paid and left her change. The bartender then say thanks for the dollar tip as if we haven’t tipped her all night! Then when we said that was rude and how we literally gave her last she said that we shouldn’t come to a bar and that she would kick us out? On top of that another worker in there said “ hurry up and get me their cups so they can get the f*ck out”. Overhear their entire conversation while waiting on our drinks saying when customers take too long or ask too many question she said “ whatever, I’ll give you the dish water if it’ll get you out my face” Extremely unprofessional and should not be working customer service. 0 out of 10!
Great food! The service was wonderful. Our server even had the kitchen make a sauce for my husband because they don't usually serve it. The bean soup always on the menu and I loved it. Hubby had fish and chips and says it was great. Highly recommend!
We stay at the hotel and had everything on the menu in those fours day we were there. There were three kids and two adults. Our service was good but the one person working each time seemed very overwhelmed every visit we had which was dinner every night.My biggest complaint!!!! Do not order the cheesecake. My 16 yr old son just started working and with his hard earned money wanted to superior us cheesecake fanatics with dessert. We ordered three cheesecakes. Two PLAIN and one with caramel. They were 7.99 and looked like the came from the dollar tree, they were literately super tiny and chocolate. With whipped cream and caramel on the side. I will include a picture. We tried to enjoy it for my son but it was awful. I can’t imagine where they bought this from. They need to take it off the menu. My son ordered it Togo and brought it upstairs as a surprise. When I called a little after 9 they were already closed. I was really trying to get his money back.Do not order the cheesecake!!!!!!!!
Service was fantastic, it was great food, and a great atmosphere. We will be back!!!

Good food, clean space, and a friendly staff.
The food was excellent. The service was sloppy. Also we could hear the entire conversation from the bartender and customers at the bar from our table. The phone rang and the bartender finished texting and talking to a customer before answering the call. Very unprofessional.
