Great food .nice people that served you
Service has declined over the last 2 months. I go there every other day.You order a large drink and pay for a large drink yet an ugly human hands you a small and gives you an attitude when you speak up. Trash service. Trash attitude.

So, my friend and I decided to eat at this Wendy’s Today. 2-12-22. I ordered my burger without ketchup. Before biting in my burger I immediately notice it had ketchup on it. So, I took it back to the cashier who wanted me to give my burger to my friend. Bcuz he said he mixed up our food. I told him I touched all over this burger and not going to give her food I touched. So, he got upset. Waved his hand. Really!! So the lady who made my sandwich apologized and said she did it. I told her it’s cool bcuz she said she will remake it. But, my thing, why this Immature person get upset because I refused to give a sandwich that I touched to my friend!?I spoke to the manager only because it was no need for the attitude. She replied. “Oh he didn’t no” how you not know to not tell someone to give their food they touch all over to someone else. Seems like she needs training as well. Smhhhhh. The only smart one is the lady who made the sandwich..
I won't say this place is the problem. Seems like every Wendy's I go to when I order unsweet tea it always has sugar in it. Very disappointing since I can't have sugar. Other than that the food was okay at this location. The burger I ordered the bun was dry and not fresh. Everything else was good though.
Stopped in to get a burger patty for my old dog. Personally, I like the double and triple burgers, and chicken wraps. My dog would not eat the patty. She only eats BK. Lol. The staff was great.
I just left Wendy’s drive thru. I ordered a large chili add cheese and a medium frosty! I got one pack of crackers. So I asked for more crackers. And the 2 ladies in the drive thru window we’re so rude they told me they were only allowed to give me one pack of crackers per order so when I said I would pay for the extra crackers it s no big deal. They gave me this awful look and loaded up a bag full of crackers pushed the bag in my hand practically slammed the drive thru window shut and gave me another awful stare. If that’s who Wendy’s allow to represent them. Wendy’s should re-evaluate who represents them. I am very humiliated over a pack of crackers really!!!
I shouldn’t even give one star there was a dead fly in my chili this is just nasty

My husband got a spicy chicken sandwich that he enjoyed. I got a large chili, my go to meal since I'm sensitive to gluten. The taste was really good but it was the thinnest chili I've ever had. ? Maybe they forgot to stir before serving. Needless to say I was starving within an hour which is not typical.
