Would have given no stars if I could. Ordered simple hamburgers with no cheese and they all had cheese on them. Entire order was wrong. We were missing the most expensive item we ordered. Got a Jr. Burger instead of the regular we ordered. Called them up and complained about the order. Had to travel back to store the next day to get our money refunded. Gas isn't cheap and it's a 25 min ride from our house! Just a terrible ordeal all together.
If I was able to, I would give this Wendy's negative stars. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, ignorant and takes no pride in customer service. The food quality is absolutely disgusting. I have been to this location a few separate occasions and I have yet to have a order done right. The employees need to be trained properly along with the managers. If that is not possible then that location needs to be shut down because no one should have to experience the customer service and food quality they provide. On a side note I was not able to place an order because one of the employees was trying to fight the manager.... stay classy Wendy's of Asheboro.
If I could choose no star I would. Absolutely the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. Unprofessional and it took a very long time to get our food despite the fact that there was only two other customers. Our order was wrong and/or missing things and when we started eating our hamburger tasted like cleaner!!! The fries tasted like old oil, my chicken was almost burned and everything was just BAD! And I seriously never complain. ?
Trash cans were over flowing. The person behind the counter made us repeat our order 4 times and it was still wrong.
Poor service, unprofessional staff. Attempted to place a drive-thru order and the window customer service agent response to me upon pulling up to place an order was “We will be right with you when we can.” (Rude and unprofessional), I waited for close to 6 mins to place an order, when attempting to place an order, I was rudely interrupted by the window customer service agent who stated that it is card only! So again I tried to place an order and as soon as I ordered an item (sour cream & chive potato) was immediately told me they didn’t have any potatoes! At this point I was done! Why would I want anyone handling my food with such rude and unprofessional behavior! If I could leave 0 stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I ordered on DoorDash and the driver was great but the restaurant didn’t even give him half of my order I had a chocolate milk for my daughter that didn’t come nor did our fries for our meal very disappointed. Not to mention the food wasn’t even cooked this shows what was given to me and what was ordered. Very disappointed Wendy’s
There's one other Wendy's in Asheboro, do yourself a favor and go there. (By the mall) literally the worst experience I ever had last night. Ordered food in the drive thru, was handed a drink and asked to pull over and wait for fries...food never came. Walked inside and waited lady said she couldn't help me if I didn't have a receipt (guy didn't give me one) she kept interrupting me and got angry with me as I started raising my voice as she kept interrupting me...they forgot the bacon on my fiance's burger...0/10 wouldn't recommend
Just left the drive thru after a 20 minute wait because apparently half the staff walked out. ok I get it BUT when I paid $20 and get home with 2 fries a chicken sandwich and a cheese burger when I ordered a triple #2 large combo and a #10 plus you screwed up my drinks but I didn't mention the drink because you're short staffed and cussing a mile a minute while I'm at the window and I've worked all day for less than your making an hour and now my son is eating all the food and I'm stuck with a microwave dinner the bare minimum you could do is not hang up on me repeatedly as I'm trying to tell you you screwed me out of like $12 of my order.
We ordered 4 meals. Only 3 had a our burgers. Discovered it after we were too far to turn around. Grrrrr.
Not good! Cold fries, overcooked nuggets, dry chicken sandwich. 4 for $4 good price. Coke was fine.
