The waitress LaLa was wonderful, the waitress forced to cook the food was very nice but untrained on the grill. She could only cook certain things. The issue was Jesse, the morning grill cook. He was there, bit helping or cooking since they had no grill cook to work. He cooked items for himself that couldn't be cooked for paying customers while we watched him do it. We waited 56 minutes for 3 plates of food. With a total of 9 people in the restaurant.
Only people here, dirty table when we came in. Got order wrong never came to table other that to take order and drop the food when we left table next to us was still dirty. 0 effort. I know help if hard to find but it would be better to just close that down. Will never be back. Also employees hid in back half of restaurant was closed off people came in to eat waited for a table to be cleaned never happened they left.
Food was good waitress was good but the other employees wasn't friendly and had oneside closed so you had to sit wand wait for them to get done wasting I felt like I was rushing them
I’ve been coming to this location for many years and it used to be my go to place to eat. Never had any issues until one of the older waitresses that works in the evenings/night was rude and disrespectful. She was the rudest person I have ever met , as soon we walked in , she gave us a bad look and we just brushed it off because we are nice people. The way she took our order sounded like she didn’t even want to serve us. After getting the food she went on to insult us and tell us that she didn’t expect a tip from us but she was still gonna serve us our food. We were so confused and shocked because we always tip at least 25%. I used to work in a restaurant many years ago so I understand the importance of tipping. I will never be returning to this place i don’t understand how they can hire people like this, I’m paying for my food and the service and I should not be treated like this . I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place.
Bad service. Ghetto waitress Amy and cook. They'd rather be trashy strippers playing juke box than fill up my tea. Food was thrown together. Place was a mess
I would've given only 4 stars because they got our order wrong, but she fixed it at no cost to us so I do want to thank you for that.
It was awful. The place was a mess. No tea was made. Coffee tasted burnt. Waitress was Amy and she cared more about playing the jukebox then she did waiting on tables
Food was good. Waitresses were niceRest room not at all clean.
The restaurant was freezing cold. There were several of us customers asking if the heat was broken. The waitress proceeded to tell us that the manager refused to turn the heat up. Also, the waitress was telling us every detail of her life. I don't mean to sound rude, but I was trying to eat supper not have a counseling session with my waitress. Overall, not a good experience.
No one greeted us upon entry. Waited about 10 minutes there were empty tables no one cleaned one for us we walked out.
