This rating is for THIS store specifically. I love taco bell and it is my favorite food. If I were on death row, I would order taco bell as my last meal. But this location is changing that. I have ordered taco bell dozens of times over the last few months (probably close to 50 honestly) from this location. I only keep ordering cause the food tastes great but the service is HORRIBLE. There is almost always something wrong with the food in terms of missing items or missing ingredients or prepared incorrectly. Whoever is the manager at this location should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how the manage employees to make the food correctly. Unfortunately this is the only taco bell in this area but I may have to find the next closest one and start driving miles to enjoy the greatness of taco bell. This location should be ashamed to call itself Taco bell.
Taco bell is nothing without the sauce. Makes me angry to get home and find out there's no sauce that I asked for
Ask for no lettuce they add extra lettuce. Ask for extra sauce they put none in the bag. At this point this is EXACTLY why I don't eat commercial chains. Just through away half of my order due to it. This is a CONSTANT issue with this location. Just ate the only thing that was correct. The quesadilla literally had no CHICKEN in it. So I just ate a tortilla soft shell. In photo that's how the whole thing was, literally NOTHING!! Yall owe me $18.00 back.
Went to get a bacon crunch wrap..my favorite...was there around 8:06 and they told me not possible because the grill wasn't on...very disappointed whhen your pregnantand have your mind set on something....my husband had this problem before as well...
Back to the same old problem at Taco Bell. When you finally get something on the menu that you really like. They discontinue it again.
Slow. Even people who ordered online and then told the app that they were there 20 mins before getting there had to wait 20 mins to get their food.
How are you going to say you don’t close till 3am on the website but not have the decency to tell us you were closed. Waited at the drive thru forever. It was only 11pm by the way.
Food alright, sometimes they mess the order up completely. My main concern is we stopped in to pick up our order and in the middle of omicron being horrible and spreading everywhere they were not wearing any masks. Disgusting, they should be wearing masks to protect themselves and the customers. Thanks for not doing something so basic.
If you don't have change for over a month why are you even open? Will leave an actual review when you operate like an actual business. Food is fine. Customer seevice is fine. Just get change. I iterally got change from next door. No excuse.
We went in to get our food due to a long line at the drive-thru. Had a long wait. Food was acceptable.
