5/7/2022Stopped in for 2 footlong subs, I ordered mine with no problem but when I ordered my husband's the lady apologized and said that they didn't have any steak. I explained that I had a very picky hubby and that he only likes the steak subs, I could tell she felt bad and understood the picky hubby dilemma I was in. She said that she was the new manager for this store and the other one on Fayetteville st, she said that the other store had steak if I didn't mind driving a few minutes down the road. She said tell them Laurie sent you. I did just that, when I arrived they already knew what I wanted and made my hubby the best sub ever!Laurie delivered a level of customer care and appreciation that is nearly impossible to find anywhere these day's!A big thank you to subway for hiring such an awesome manager and a big thank you to Laurie for making my day!
I want to say a big thank u to Tammy she really done a very great job and she was very sweet and made my subs the way they should be made and she was working very hard this girl deserves a raise and they was another girl working with her and her name was Amanda they both was treating their customers with respect that is the kind of people that deserves a big thank u
It was 8:45. Could see the girl looking at me standing there at the LOCKED door. Sign says 8am - 9pm right there on the door. Will NEVER go back to this or any other Subway.
I'd like to start by just saying that the food wasn't bad. It tasted fine. Something just didn't sit right with me as I was eating my meal so I researched it and realized what it was.I ordered an Italian BMT and the basic concept of what I ordered is what I received, but I noticed that they only used 6 pieces of salami, 6 pieces of pepperoni and 4 pieces of thin sliced ham as they were making it.It didn't taste very filling... Mostly like bread. So when I got home I looked up and realized that the restaurant was shorting customers. The new meat being offered by the restaurant is thinner sliced ever since the "eat fresh reset" where a handful of products were changed, and to account for that Subway changed their requirements to add additional slices of meat to their subs to make sure customers were still actually getting the same weight they had received before. This restaurant is only putting the old amount of meat slices on the subs, so it's actually shorting customers because the new slices are thinner/smaller (even according to Subway's own standards)I'm not sure if it's an awareness issue or an intentional shortchange, but it's definitely happening. Perhaps they should look at the Subway implemented standards and retrain their staff to make sure they're meeting the new requirements?
I'm giving 2 stars cuz the food was okay and the young lady was fine. Managers/owners allowed a 16yr old to work alone. They should be fined, leaving a minor alone for hours at a time knowing it's not the safest place. This has happened multiple times. I watched the one lady bounce and not say a word when asked when she's be back to help her, she said 5 it was 2:30. Irresponsible and diplorable actions on owners part.
On 11/8/2021 I arrived there at 8:30 pm the young lady inside sees us walking to the door and locks it.She keeps walking to the back and then turns off all the lights.I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager they then tell me she wasn’t in and only comes in and out. I asked for corporate number they tell me look it up very rude. They finally gave me the manager name whom is Nancy and tell me she said to close at 8:30pm to clean under the cooler no one was cleaning anything. It is very unprofessional and being in the restaurant business fir many years I would not treat customers like they did.
The employee acting as if they wanted to be anywhere but at work. Like they were doing me a huge favor by making my sub. They were out of half the toppings, which is bad because they only have half of what other Subway's have. I'll drive to High Point or Greensboro before I go back to this location.
Food was good. Tea was sour. The guy working had no personality and I asked If I could put dressing on it and he was like if you dont tell me I don't know(normally they ask you "Would you like any mayo....". ). I felt like I was just being rushed. Like I tell my employees CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY. This guy might have been having a bad day, but leave it at the door. Oh, he also didn't give me a knife. And I wasn't about to go ask.
Lack customer service skills. Full of teenagers with no manager.
The past 2 times we've been there it was a hassle. First we waited forever because the 2 young guys behind the counter were discussing who should do what. The plan changed a few times and after 10 awkward minutes... They finally said hello.Today they were out of what I ordered so these same 2 guys just picked a different sandwich and gave me whatever. They let me know as I was on my way out like "Hey! By the way... "
