Not professional. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches...we got a small piece of chicken on a bun (see pic)...NOTHING else...my friend did get one small pickle on his, I got nothing. When I asked I was told it comes with nothing, I said what about pickles, replied with "oh yeah pickles" (guy in a collared dark red shirt, maybe manager??) He asked me to see it, I'll get them to make you another one...I took the one I had and went back to my seat to eat with my friend...never saw another one. I hate to complain over pickles...but at $3.59 for that sandwich... that's some expensive pickles....so guess what happened the first bite..yep, pure gristle, fat chewy corpuscles...if I wasn't so hungry I would've trashed it. LOOK AT THE PIC...NOT WORTH THE MONEY....can't even compare to Bojangles or KFC. They messed up 2 other orders while we were there and were completely out of chicken nuggets (we kept hearing people complain).Not recommended unless you just need a restroom. ??
I am frequently met with issues with this mcdonalds. From food not made fresh, to orders incomplete, to waiting forever. I've also met with, "we're sorry but we can only accept cash right now"... while the systems payments issue is understandable its not when it happens repeatedly. As I'm a frequent patron I would really like to see these issues resolved. The convince of the restaurants being close by isn't saying much when I have to drive 15 minutes away just to get the order I want.
25 min wait for three plain double cheeseburgers and fries. Come on you guys have to do a little better….. absolutely no one in the dinning area except my family. Not good service for a modern day McDonald’s
This McDonalds is open 24 hours. However no one would take my order. I waited at the drive thru for 20 mins. Them i pulled around to see if anyone was even in there working and there were workers in there that looked right at me so i went back around to the drive thru to see if i could get my order taken but still another 10 mins and they didn’t take my order. Fire this earlt shift crew
Always have to wait. Tried to get lunch today. #3 combo with 10 pc nuggets. They asked me to pull over. I said I'd rather not. They said 2 minutes. I said I'll wait. Mgr came over said please pull over it will only be 3 minutes. Doesn't seem to matter what i order here i have to wait. I asked for my money back and the mgr walked off in huff and the server gave me my money back. Pretty sad fast food takes so long.
Our order was missing French fries, the burgers were not made right & they forgot the sauce. Also, the drink machine was messed up. The manager is always rude, not Alfred, he's fantastic, but the other night time manager doesn't even speak.
I cannot believe the people are from Mars. They spoke very good Martian. Ronald and the Gang was eating all the food. Very awesome to see the Batt mobile.
The girl at the drive-through was rude she had a personality of a rock they got the order wrong when we went to the next window had a way for them to get it right and and the attitudes I tell you are unbelievable there is no more customer service there is no more respect for the customers I mean it was horrifying will I go back to that McDonald's never ever again One and done with me no 2nd chances They're frap machine was down or whatever they call it for their camera fraps and their smoothie machine was down there was a couple of other things we ordered that they didn't have so yeah it was it was bad bad bad bad
Mc ds the fries are amaizing when fresh but some time like at night they re dip them and they are not that good some times that during the day as well but there food is really good i don't know of or hurd of any one that's never tried mc-ds but if by some chance that's you reading this just do it lol its really good food just make shore the fries are fresh and there ice cream makers never hardly work so be prepared for that lol
Only reason I gave 3 stars is because this spot can never in my experience get my order correct. But other than that decent McDonald's.
