Every time we come through this McDonald's it's always a disaster. The wait is always 10 to 20 minutes. The food we order is never right and usually cold... When I order the Carmel frappe with EXTRA Carmel from other McDonald's I get this compared to what this McDonald's does. You guys need to do better.
Had to wait a bit for my daughter's happy meal, only to get home and find they forget her fries, which is her favorite part of the meal. This after the last time, where we ordered 6 piece nuggets for both kids and only got 4 piece, and both were missing their happy meal toys and apples. I feel like, it's a simple 5 items, how can you miss one, let alone 2?
Worst experience ever!! The kiosk was not working properly and when I asked an employee if I could just order at the counter he mumbled and walked away. The employee who brought our cups to the table had her finger inside the cups so I asked for another cup. I felt we were an inconvenience to the staff since we chose to eat inside. The bathroom was nasty. The soap was out on one side and low on the other side. No straws and I had to ask for some. Ordered large drink and got medium .
Didn't get what we asked for. Food was hot but tasted old fries just away from being cold. Order kiosk was a pain can't request things you want changed beyond a very few items. Got it for here but then it was never brought out just thrown in a bag and set on the counter without even telling me. I then had to wait for someone to decide to pay attention enough to get condiments then had to ask for the drink cup which we never got. Overall not a great experience and will not come back to this particular McDonald's. It used to be pretty good. I'll stick with North Fayetteville St or the Mall location.
Awful! Drive thru was very slow. Went in to order and this store is nasty. No one wants to help you. They didn't have mayo and had a hard time finding salt. I generally love the French fries but they were soggy. Will not be back and don't recommend.
Waited 15 min in the drive thru for a Big Mac and a Fish. We were told to pull up and wait. My husband had to go in and get our food. My bottom bun on the Big Mac was hard. It wasn't even that busy. I knew I should have went to Wendy's.
Decided to run out to McDonalds for a cheeseburger and small fry for lunch. Got back to work and there is an hair in my fries. Yuck! No more. Tried to call and make a complaint, phone must be off the hook. Oh well, that is the last time I will ever go there.
Okay I get it . I came at 11pm that’s late . But I got my food and had to tell the man he forgot my fries just for me to get home and my sandwhich isn’t right . Ordered a deluxe spicy chicken they gave me original chicken sandwhich with only pickles on it . No sauce . Nothing . Come on seriously
Slowest drive thru in Asheboro, bread was hard, and the best part...my specialty sandwich came out in 2 different boxes. Had to put it together myself. Save yourself time and go across the road to Burger King
The dining room was filthy and needed cleaning. I was in the food business for 33 years and have never seen a restaurant run like this.
