Enjoyed the flounder it was good but not the best. My boyfriend had oysters and shrimp. He said the oysters were great and all the food came out nice and hot.

Good fresh seafood. Great chicken tenders and homemade desserts. They only had 1 waitress working the entire restaurant tonight. She hustled but just no way she could keep up. Like everyone they are having staffing issues.

Our waitress was not very attentive at all. She took our order and didn’t come back until the food was served. Our table had to refill our own drinks, ask multiple times for silverware, condiments, etc. Once our checks were brought out, we were notified of a 20% tip added to our party. Our service was far from being worth 20%. The lady at the cash register offered no resolution either after being advised that the service wasn’t good at all.

Not going to this restaurant anymore, just visited Friday night and ordered hot tea and was brought tea barely warm in a tall styrofoam cup. Ordered the fried oyster platter and received 10 oysters and about four hush puppies. The last time I was there received much more and that was about a year ago. Not ever going back to this restaurant, will go to a real Seafood restaurant even if I have to drive to another town.

Have eaten there for 30 years, now only when we are passing through. Good service, great food. Pre 4:00 specials are great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother called in a to-go order for a mayflower seafood platter that ended up being $20. She just had back surgery so she had her friend go inside, and pick it up. They gave her a completely different order, and she didn't realize until 20 min later so she called and explained the situation and the manager responded by saying "what do you want me to do about it?", along with other rude responses. She continues to try and explain and the women continues to be rude and hangs up multiple times. All she wanted was for her ordered to be fixed. And the woman refused to handle the situation properly. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I have been to this Mayflower restaurant several times beforeThe food have always been goodI went there today for lunch and the food was horrible.The sea scallops I got was chewy and spongy. The Flounder had a different taste whole experience this time was just outright nasty and a waste of money I will not go back and spend my hard earn money there again. Celebrated my birthday over the weekend at this Mayflower Sea Food restaurant with several friends. Was seated immediately with no wait at 4 pm by our wonderful server Jason. He was very patient with us as some of my friends were unfamiliar with the menu.The decor is always pleasant with its Nautical themes & scenic wallpaper. The time passed quickly as the conversation amongst us caused the time to fly by. Soon the wonderfully smelling huge platters of food arrived & we all dug into our respective meals. A pre-arranged DQ Icecream cake was served as desert & all of us finished up with happy smiles & tightened mid-riff clothes. (Miss K announced that she had to undo the top button of her waist line. Lol.) I highly recommend this restaurant for any gatherings as they are very accommodating. They even let a couple of guests bring in thier own preferred Coke Zero drinks as the restaurant only offered Pepsi products besides coffee or tea.

The rudest staff I ever have dealt with. Will never come back!!! Don't even deserve a star. Had a party they split us up all at different table's even when they had long table's available. Told us 15-25 minutes we waited over an hour. The waitress and food was great that's all. When we went to pay and had already tipped the waitress they charged us 20% tip even though they separated us all. The one that rang us up was very rude slamming money and cards back on the counter at us. When I questioned about the cost she said I put 20% on know how are you paying. If I was a business owner she would be fired immediately, you don't talk like that to customers or you don't need to work with the public. The hosting staff needs an attitude adjustment or to be fired one or you will loose alot of business!!!!

Great food, servers and portion size!! Highly recommend
