20-30min Wait, not bad. Staff were on point, very friendly. Food was excellent and good prices! Love the atmosphere!Never ate here before or heard of it but glad we ate here tonight! Highly recommend!Only thing I didn’t like is we got our appetizer, salad, then meal - back to back.Awesome service just felt like I had to eat really fast.Not a mega issue at all.

I had a great time here, Ordered the Phillie cheese steak sandwich, It was great. Sadly they just got a new cook so some of the menu items were taken off but that's ok. Staff was very kind and they were sort of busy so we had to wait probably 15 minutes for our food, but it was well worth. 5/5?

We stayed next-door, me and my 5-year-old son, we were wondering where to have dinner. I looked out the window , saw Kick Back Jack's, and decided to give it a try.The food and service were amazing on day one, absolutely delicious with great quality food, cooking and service. I chose the pasta with shrimp and chicken; my son got the kids' pizza. We also gor fried pickles as an appetizer, which was just perfect in batter texture and taste. Food was so amazing we went back the second day with a full pizza in mind and was let down that no pizza was being served; service and overall energy was sub-par that second day. We decided on some food to go, which included the Philly steak egg rolls; they were great. Still giving 5 stars for the first day of experience.
I can’t rate anything about food or service because I wasn’t given the chance to eat here. I’m putting 1 star because I have to. Today, hungry and tired from a wonderful trip to the NC Zoo, my family and I were refused service here because our party was too large. That’s right, our group of 9 couldn’t have a late lunch (2:15 pm) in a fairly empty restaurant because they were only seating parties of 6 or less. They wouldn’t even split us into two groups. Mind you, that if 2 groups of strangers happened to arrive at the same time, perhaps a group of 5 and a group of 4, they would have been seated and served. 9 people. Just like us.Lots of places are short staffed these days. Instead of turning good paying customers away, maybe try letting people know ahead of time that the wait for food might be longer and give them the chance to leave on their own if they can’t wait.So, we ended up down the road at America’s Roadhouse and had a great experience, at 2 back to back tables, I might add.

excellent wait staff and excellent food. However the hostess station was somewhat rude. 30 minute wait and place was half empty.
