Chicken was so burnt it's inedible. They had to see how burnt it was, also was overcharged. Bucket had all wings one piece that was maybe a thigh. But so burnt inedible . The whole staff, including the manager was very rude. Very very rude. So now I have potatoes and slaw to serve my son home from Afghanistan. I don't have gas to go back to KFC. I hope you all suffer war in your life. You'll know why this was so important to me. It's all he ask for, KFC. Never again. Oh and the manager wouldn't give me her name other than Anna. Would not give me any information about her district manager. So, if you bother to read reviews fix this! And if you read this Anna, you should quit. You are not doing your job. Awkwardly terrible. I've gone to this Kfc multiple times. Each time progressively worse. This time the check out girl gave me my receipt, closed the window and proceeded to wait 10 minutes only to open the window and awkwardly stare me down wondering why I haven't left yet. Had I received my food, I would've been gone. On top of that, I got over charged on a 8pc bucket meal and received 8 biscuits when I only ordered 4. Overall a bad experience. They were out of most everything. They had 2 pieces of chicken left. I ordered that n a variety of odds n ends of what they had left since it was close to closing. I got home n they left out the 2 pieces of chicken I ordered. Corn was cold n not a full serving. Some of the chicken livers were delicious but some were over cooked or warmed over. The popcorn chicken was too hard. I felt like it was a waste of money.
Drive thru slow. Chicken so small could eat in 2 bites. Why so small for $7. Didn't put napkins or utensils in bag. Bad compared to use be the best chicken.
The food was very good ? but a long wait I am sure they where very short of help and I don't think the manager was there maybe they were I think short of help overall I will go back
We did the drive thru pick up. The staff were very nice and pleasant. But after we paid and got our order. The container that they put our drink in was out in wrong. It spilled a little in our vehicle. I was upset. We ordered mash potatoes and gravy. That small container of gravy barely feed a family of 4. But we made it work. Please be careful next time when you out the top in container. Thank you!
Their new chicken sandwich is really good the spicy sauce is amazing they have really good macaroni and cheese green beans the seasoned fries are delicious and the coleslaw goes perfect with the chicken. The service here at this KFC was really good got our order in a timely manner and everything was in our order as requested. I would definitely go back to the KFC on Dixie drive in Asheboro North Carolina again.
Ordered my food. 3 of us sat and waited on food for quite a while. I was told my order was bumped off and never made. When a customer asked the manager and a group of employees if they were going to work, the manager made a rude comment. Once orders are made the employees stand there talking while holding orders. The worst experience I think I have ever had in a KFC. Definitely never returning. I'm sure these issues will not be resolved in the near future without a change in management.

Did an online order and got a confirmation at 6:01 saying they received my order. Then I get in the drive thru line at 6:15 at the restaurant to tell them I had an online order just for them to tell me I have to come inside to get my order. what’s the difference in just giving me my order through the drive thru? Once I pick my order inside the order wasn’t even right I was missing a whole meal. I go inside to get the missing meal and they say my missing side of Mac and cheese is gonna take 30 minutes. And there’s constantly people receiving there orders in the drive thru while I am waiting for a total of 25 minutes. And these are the people demanding more money…
