Ordered delivery- that part was terrific. I ordered a “combo” of shrimp and chicken with hibachi rice. Mike ordered shrimp with vegetables and pork egg rolls. Inedible. Period. Both entrees were loaded with so much salt that our mouths were on fire. Not sate’, wasabi or cayenne but SALT. Neither of us could taste anything but salt. We ordered extra “sauce cups” which are extra - we expected an Asian white sauce but what arrived were cups of a pale pinkish-orange sauce that was sweet and absolutely nothing Asian. Having lived in Japan, as well as spending time in Saipan and Guam, we know Asian food - Taste of Asia in comparison is as close to the real deal as we’ve found) The “hibachi” rice which costs extra was tough, chewy and flavorless - set off by yet another dark, watery sauce loaded with salt. The pork egg rolls were good. $35 for three egg rolls because that’s all we were able to eat. We seldom give bad reviews- we love Taste of Asia and Tokyo Express but wanted to try a place we weren’t familiar with. We won’t be going back.
If someone orders 2 plates one that has to be cooked don’t give them the first plate while they wait 20 minutes on the second plate. Would appreciate warm food.
The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because they are not wearing gloves when handling the food and their fingers are getting in our food. Please glove up and also the lo mein could be a lot better like the restaurant that was there before them.
I highly recommend this restaurant because of the food and the the awesome customer service!! Last week was my 2nd time ever coming here and the young lady named Destiny has made both experiences just amazing. I asked what her position is and she told me that she is the ASSISTANT MANAGER!!! I was completely shocked because nowadays managers are the worst. Kudos to that young lady!!!!!!
Today I went to this place to take lunch with my three girls. They love Chinese food . I ordered vegetables,lomein and jalapeño chicken. I was enjoying the food , when I found a caterpillar ? in the vegetables. I didn’t wanted to make a big deal because people were there with kids. I went to the cashier and told her look what I found, and said that I wanted my money back. The reaction of this woman was “What are you saying??? You say you found a caterpillar, that is not posible. I will not give you your money back.” She made me very angry ? and I told her if she wanted me to show all the people here. She then said I will give you just the money of that plate but not the others . She came and threw the plate into the trash can saying “I don’t want you to take this home.” Fortunately, I had already took this photo.
The food was awful. The rice and lo mein had zero flavor and tasted like dish soap. The teriyaki was old and crusty. It's beenyears since I've been unable to finish a meal but Jade Express made that happen in record time. Decent customer service but I wish they told me the food they served was garbage. Complete waste of money, won't ever return. Nice people though.

Food is EXCELLENT. Nice friendly staff. Has a great special an hour before they close each day. (Usually around 7) plates 2 meats and a side for 5.35 after taxes.
