Terrible service! I couldn't get grits like I always order because our server said they have instant grits and she didn't know how to make them. I'm like, can you read? Instant grits have to be one of the easiest things you can possibly cook. My mother got sick and I had to take her outside and my brother came and picked her up and took her home. My sister in law was with me and she stayed inside and waited for me to come back in. My sister in law is disabled and had to take my mother's glass of orange juice away from the table because the server wouldn't even touch it. I know they have gloves in there. She wouldn't even wash our table. I'll never go back to this location again. My mother got sick because of her medicine. She didn't have any sort of virus. This was a terrible experience and completely opposite of the service my mother and I received at our last visit. Who doesn't know how to make grits in the south?! Completely rude service by this girl!
This restaurant is filthy dirty. The staff is indifferent and my food had 2 hairs in it.
This is the worst I hop, I have ever been in, the servers were to busy gossiping and talking on their phones to seat us or take our orders. Then it took 45 mins to get our food.
There were two waitresses but only six tables being used with we came in. We had to wait for them to clear a table before being seated. Then we waited over 15 minutes before getting our drink order taken. When the waitress finally came I asked if we could order as well because I wasn't sure how long we'd have to wait for her to come back. It was close to 10 minutes when she came back with our drinks I asked for creamer for my coffee and by the time she came back my coffee has cooled enough I could turn up the cup and drink it all. When we finally got our food I was missing two pieces of French Toast. When I asked the waitress said I was wrong, by this point I really didn't care any more. My food was barely warm. My kids said their's was pretty warm. She never offered us refills. I asked for some because everyone's glasses were empty or very close to it. I never got anymore coffee. I tried very hard to give the benefit of the doubt but it was truly ridiculous!!!! I would have left before we ever gave our order but my son was really wanting to eat there!! I just don't know if I'll chance going back. They use to have really good food and great service but I have no idea what happened!!!
At the time and day that I went the service was atrocious and there were only 4 tables seated. The kitchen couldn't seem to get the orders correct. I sat for 45 minutes before I got my order. Again there were only 4 tables seated. Then when I did get my order the hash browns were crisper than a corn nut. I think its an isolated incident or atleast I hope it was.
Food was subpar. Crepes were over done. Their compote is nothing more than pie filling. As for the checkout scheme, it took over fifteen minutes for anyone to try and check out with a debit card cause they refuse to have their register working again. Will NOT be returning. And the place smelled musty and moldy. Tables weren't cleaned properly either
Loved it! Had a very good experience here...food was delicious and cooked just the way I asked. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. It was very clean. Definitely was not crowded. I will be dining here again for sure!
This restaurant has a serious management and training issue. They are consistently short staffed and the food quality drops every visit. Overcooked eggs turned to rubber, broken and burnt pancakes, and unseasoned sides. The only things on my plate they managed not to burn was the undercooked bacon.
Two seated tables. 8:05am on a Saturday morning. Waitresses too busy gossiping and chatting to check on refill of coffee...until we got up and refilled cup ourselves, then she brought a carafe. Hashbrowns looked old & greasy. Bacon was undercooked. Toast was buttered bread. Eggs were "warmish". Men's bathroom was freezing. Restaurant needs cleaning & repairs. Pull down fire alarm was REMOVED. Went to checkout, one wait staff walked by and didn't acknowledge...but looked. Had to seek out someone to be able to pay our bill. Front register broken but no sign. HAVE PEOPLE JUST STOPPED CARING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. Won't be returning.
One of the best experiences I have ever had!!! The waitress was so sweet, went above and beyond and we gave her a tip more than we usually give. Nothing to complain about. Everything was fairly quick and througly enjoyed the food. The waitress checked on us more than any other waiter or waitress that served us! Very pleased with the service yesterday! I would come back and I would recommend it to anyone!
