The slowest DD I've ever been to. Waited 20mins on line and when I go to order they say they are not doing food right now. So your telling me it took that long and your just making drinks..And what place even does that?
This place is extremely rude! I ordered a latte with caramel. I go to the window and ask to repeat my order bc the lady that took my order didnt seem to understand what i wanted. The young lady repeated it and said coffee instead i said oh no it was a latte. She looked concerned like the drink couldn't be made and a big boo boo was made?! The lady that took my order on the intercom came to the window. Super rude and asked..remember when i repeated the order and u said yes. I was like oh sorry i thought u had said latte she was like no. I said coffee. I was like ok can it not be fixed? She says hold on. Then this other lady comes to help her and she continues its going to be an upcharge. I said thats fine. Im not rude or anything. Then she closes the window and i can CLEARLY SEE the facial expressions being made, they seemed to have a major freaking attitudeShe opens the window and says maam did u want caramel i said yes and proceeded to ask does it come with cream and sugar.... the other lady said no so rudely and i went on saying excuse me is there an attitude or issue on fixing this order???? And said then i said you know what its ok and drove off. I dont understand. If u dont know customer service or dont like your job? Why work in this industry. Go find something that doesnt make ur life miserable. Never coming here again.
I was in here about 2 years ago, and nobody could look up from their cellphones long enough to acknowledge my existence, much less deign to take an order. I walked out after 10 minutes.NEW MANAGEMENT now. Two steps in, and I was welcomed. My order was taken as soon as I was ready with it.And the order was completed correctly and well.I'll be back.
Slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. Drinks aren’t made properly. Won’t return.
My name is Todd. I’m a regular about every morning at the Asheboro NC location. The manager and staff are just spectacular. Just kind and hard at work. What an asset to your business. Perfect example: I always use the mobile app. I’ve started picking it up my order inside to say hi to your staff to encourage them. The app wouldn’t allow me to do pickup this morning so I sat in the parking lot changing it to drive thru. I got in line then made it to the speaker. I began talking then I was asked is this a Todd? I said yes! Your wonderful employee said “Todd you go ahead and pull up front of the store and I’ll bring your coffee out to you.; you were here longer than the other three cars in the drive thru line, I pulled up front and was given my coffee hand delivered to my vehicle. I was in awe. What a blessing!! Wish I got her name. Thank you very much for all your team does. ☺️
I go there every time I'm in Asheboro and it's usually great... Not today I ordered two large coffees with 7 n 7 as I always do they were terribly watered down and one didn't even have any sugar in it...how hard is this job... it's not...and they can't even blame it on being busy...they weren't... I live over a half hour away so making a complaint would do no good because I'm not driving all the way back... What a waist of money... I will surely check it before I leave from now on...
We’ve been to this location several times since moving here. They are often out of ingredients (once, espresso), they do not make the correct drinks (despite the labels on the cups being correct), and I’m suspicious that the food is improperly stored (based on an upsetting experience with the egg bites). The service is so slow. I was the only customer on one occasion, and it still took 20 minutes to be served. Most recently, I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and received a hazelnut coffee with a lot of milk in it. It was basically a cup of iced milk. It’s a shame that service is so poor here, because they’re in an excellent location.
Ordered the iced Chai and cold foam Carmel coffee and it was not good at all. The iced coffee didn't have the cold foam on it, and the Chai just had this horrible aftertaste that just didn't sit well with me. I always get my coffee and Chai from Starbucks but there were no Starbucks close by. Definitely not getting anymore drinks from dunkin.
Waited so long in the drive thru line for a Mobil order..The girl at the window was really sweet and added new cold foam to my coffee since it had been sitting so long
Well the donuts were fresh good selection and I was amazed at the new items that are on the menu for things other than doughnuts very pleasant experience
