Ordered on line. No problems. They said it would be ready at this time, and it was. The pizza's and cheese sticks were good.
Placed an order tonight at 5:30 for my son's birthday party. Thanks to their pizza tracker I know the food was ready for delivery by 6. The food then took two and a half hours to arrive and was COLD! I had children leaving my home HUNGRY because the food did not get here till after the party was supposed to be over. I had parents angry with me because their children only got chips and ice cream for dinner because it was all I had. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Then to top it all off the driver got angry with me when I asked what took so long. If I could give zero stars I would.
Tried to make a delivery order tonight and was told for delivery not even a mile up the road I had to make at least an $18 order. Yeah right I won't be ordering from them anymore for pick-up or delivery. Great job Domino's I need to save more of my money anyways!!!!
I usually always order a medium pepperoni pizza with a 10 piece boneless wings HALF BBQ & THE OTHER HALF BUFFALO… they never coat the boneless wings with the sauce…? I didn’t ask for PLAIN boneless wings. when my food arrived I noticed the man handed me a hot Buffalo sauce dip, I knew my boneless wing were dry and sauceless… THIS HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES I DON’T KNOW IF ITS PURE INCOMPETENCE OR LAZINESS BUT DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. Thanks.?
So it takes 3 hours for me to get what yall forgot in the first place and when yall say 30 more mins it's over another hour order online 115 food comes decent time but forgets cheese sticks so I call get told about when the driver comes backs he'll bring them calls again gets told 30 more mins and it's been a hour now
The new dips are sooo not worth the price. Barely covers bottom of pan, plus they got the order wrong. Ordered one 5 cheese dip and one cheese and marinara dip, with twists. Looked so good advertised on tv.... but will not waste my money on that again
Wish the shopping cart would save so I could put my order in the cart and then place the order when I was ready. Other than that app and Pizza never disappoint.
My husband and I travel frequently and usually order Dominos Delivery when we stop for the night. Tonight we ordered a $7.99 Medium pizza and Italian Sandwich. The employee said the order needed to be $18.00 for delivery so I added Cinnamon Twists. The order came to $21.+ and we gave the driver $25. No sandwich and no icing to dip cinammon twists in. When I called the employee said I did not order a sandwich. So basically paid $25.00 for medium pizza and a few cinnamon twists without icing. I realize there was a misunderstanding but that was no reason for employee to be rude.
Wish it could be 0 stars. We're just outside city limits, they used to deliver. Now, after calling in my order, 10+ mins later, I get a call that they won't deliver. I asked if she'd make an exception. Nope. This is the only Domino's and they just lost my business. Customer service means jacksh*t anymore!!
I've ordered from this location about 3 times now and have had no problems until today. Not happy with the service at all. Ordered at 6:10pm and after having to repeat myself 4 times what my order was, and then correct the person on the phone twice after he repeated back my order, I was told it would be delivered in about 30min. At 7:10p (an hour later) the 2 pizzas were finally delivered, but were incorrect. After attempting to call twice and being hung up on, I decided to go to the store to notify them of the issue. The kid at the register only offered me another pizza for free to fix the situation. This is not how you correct a mistake like this...and is unacceptable. VERY doubtful that I'll be back here again.
