Absolutely terrible!I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 7 which was $12 for a hamburger fries and a drink, way too expensive. After waiting for my food they had my order wrong. I took it back in so they can fix it and all they did was take the top layer bun off and replace the fixings instead of making me a new hamburger. Also about 15 minutes after I got done eating I started to feel extremely nauseous.
I understand jalapenos and pickles are both green. I asked for pickles if they tasted a little different than jalapenos. So you might want to make sure your workers know the difference
Our first time here. It was great! Friendly staff and great food. I had the $6 cheeseburger deal, with a chocolate sundae, hubby had #1 meal with onion rings and hot fudge sundae, and a chicken strip kids meal with cup of ice cream! We were all full and enjoyed everything!!
I was terribly disappointed today. One star is too much!! We waited in line for 45 minutes. Employees inside we're not in uniform they were wearing sweatpants and look like they just rolled out of bed. Our food was lukewarm the chicken was not cooked through both and of our blizzards were completely melted. No napkins one of the blizzards was completely wrong. Staff was extremely rude to people in front and behind me. We would have left the line except money was taken up at the first window and then we were left to wait another 20 minutes before we got to the first window to get our food. I've worked in fast food myself and this was totally and completely unacceptable.

Don't waste your time. The service here is nonexistent. The cashier took my $5.34, forgot my order and was nowhere to be seen afterwards. The manager was snippy and rude.Honestly, if this was the only place to get a cold treat, I would rather sit on the floor of my kitchen with my dog and eat ice cubes.

Decided to go to Dairy Queen because we had the blizzards while on vacation at another location and they(blizzards) were great. This location was not even close by any stretch of the imagination. First we were told to pull up behind a white truck which we did. Then we proceeded to wait longer than our actual trip to this location!!!!! After the drive-thru was empty and other orders were taken out to people (not us of course) . We were asked by I'm assuming a shift lead what our order was again. Mind you this is the same person that took our order... After he still didn't come back I then decided to go in figure out if the had to make the ice cream from scratch at this point... I explained that I was waiting on 3 medium blizzards one of the ladies says "we're working on them" like it was no big deal. I said my goodness twenty minutes later!! I said I've been in the drive-thru for twenty minutes!! This totally unacceptable!!!! The blizzards are the only star about our visit!Updated 8/31 Based on the lackluster response from the owner I know I will never be back!!
As much as I want to rate this location 5 stars I just can’t. The servers have always been helpful, but the drive thru process is a joke. I have never gone through the line and actually received my order at the window. Today, it took 15 min to get a mini blizzard and to make matters worse, they handed it to me melted (see pic). Disappointed is an understatement.
The staff is great but recently we have only been getting melted items? I don’t know why but it’s very disappointing. For example I got this slushee but it was almost completely melted when I received it. Not a slushee at this point but flavored water.
