Wouldn’t accommodate for a food allergy for a child. Went to this restaurant at around 6pm on 7/9/22. We only wanted a lettuce and tomato side salad. No cheese. That’s it! Was told can’t do it through drive thru. Was told to come inside to order it. Husband went inside and they still wouldn’t do it. Even though we have gotten it here before and numerous other chick fil a‘s. Never had a problem before. Front end staff wouldn’t ask manager about it. Not coming back. We are very limited to where we can eat at, Chick-fil-a is one of those very few. #notmypleasure

This restaurant has the best service we have ever experienced out of all the fast food chains we have been to! The drive thru line moves super fast and you get your food in less than 10 minutes even during the busiest hour of the days.P.S. extra credit for actually putting all the requested sauces in the bag!

We had a great experience here. The service was great and the staff constantly topped off drinks and got you whatever you needed frequently. The food was great as well. The restaurant was well taken care of and very clean. The only reason for the 4 star is because the play area for kids is still not open. Over all it was great and we would likely return in the future.

This in the only Chick Fil A I've ever been to that refused to leave cheese off my wrap. The reason the manager gave was that the Cool Wraps are pre-made first thing in the morning (this was near supper time, so my wrap was already many hours old), and they decided to not do any special orders. Then, assuming because I complained, some of my order wasn't made. This is the worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to.

This was the most deplorable treatment we’ve received at a Chik-Fil-A with employees that would rather mouth off and argue than correctly fill your order. Our order was wrong, and we asked for the correct order and the ginger one cared to tell us how we were wrong. We only got part of our order fixed and had to move on. The other girl shot my wife the scariest look as we drove away and needless to say we won’t be stopping there ever again.

Very disappointed with the service today at the drive through window. The young girl working inside and one out side handing food to customers were very snotty and had attitudes. Part of my order was missing so I asked for it and apparently that was a huge inconvenience for them and their socializing time. Not the same friendly service you normally get at this Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed with the attitude given today for a mistake that was on them. Doubt I will be returning to this location.

The past two times I have been here the food has not been good at all. The first visit they forgot my lettuce and put one napkin in the bag. I called the manager just to let him know. He offered to pay for my meal and I declined. Today the sandwich tasted different and the fries were old. I have always enjoyed their food. Not sure what is going on.

I just left Chick-fil-A in Asheboro and let me just tell you the customer service here is amazing my order was messed up through the drive-through and when I asked politely if they could fix it for me they refunded the total amount and still gave me breakfast it really made my day I’ll be passing it forward ❤️

I am appalled by location #01120 in Asheboro NC. I came in at 8:00pm (which I understand is an hour before they close) as an individual who has to watch their salt intake, I requested fries with no salt. My cashier was nice, however, she was new and asked a blonde girl named Hannah how to remove the salt from the fries. She responded “as of June 2020 we no longer take special requests” I asked “so I’m not able to get fries with no salt?” She responded with “as of June 2020 we no longer take special requests.” She then turned around, whipped her hair around (which had no hairnet or anything around food and drinks) and walked off leaving my cashier in a predicament. I sat down with my food and began to eat. As I stated before I am aware they close at 9:00pm. However, food should not be cold. My 8 piece nuggets were not warm at all. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. Trash was everywhere and the tables were not clean. As someone who works in fast food this would absolutely not be allowed at my job. As I’m sitting here eating, another blonde lady was hollering names in a rude manner for online orders. A guy tried asking her a question and she turned around and walked off and he just looked at me confused. I have only ate at this location 3 times and every time it is a horrible experience. I will not be returning here. I would rather eat at McDonalds. For a company who is family oriented, revolves around God, and southern hospitality. I would be ashamed of this location representing my company. For the manager on duty, which was present during the time could care less of what is going on around his employees and was on his cellphone. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional. I hope Chick-Fil-A realizes this location is detrimental to their image. Sad.
