The employee taking the order was very friendly, however that was the only positive part of the experience other than the food and drinks we were handed being technically correct. Literally none of the food components (biscuit, fries, chicken) were even slightly warm. Everything was basically inedible. On top of that, we got overcharged by $5 when we asked for large teas with our order because instead of keying them in as an upcharge on the order (.50 cents a piece) we were charged the full price for the teas as additional items. 0/10, will not come again. Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to.
Nasty over cooked chicken was given to me. And fries that were old with absolutely no seasoning right after I asked them for extra seasoning. Nasty.
This particular store never has all the food. Sometimes they have hardly and food. A chicken place with no chicken. I've gotten out of line on more than one occasion because of long waits. And yet other stores seem to have things. What's the deal ?
The food seems to be decent at this Bojangles if you can actually get it. Either they don't have enough people to be open, or they have barely enough people to cook the few items you want. Bojangles, can you just hire some more good workers. You should know that southern people want your chicken, but their patience may be running out.
If I could give negative stars I would! This place is THIEVES AND FRAUDS!!! Beware going here. We put in a mobile order because their dining room was closed and then they came out 10 minutes later and said it would be 45 minutes because they only had 3 people working. That's fine, I'll go somewhere else. However, THEN they proceed to tell me they cannot cancel or refund the order because it was not paid cash to their location. I called the corporate office/franchise customer service and they said the location has opted not to take part in corporate's contacts and it HAS to be filled out through an online form. THIS IS THEFT OF MY MONEY!!! DESPICABLE! Now my bank says I have to wait until Monday for it to post before they can dispute it. Now I am out all that money until then and no, it was not cheap!
Good service, good food. No lids without asking, no salt/pepper, no silverware without asking. Tables need cleaning with streak free cloth. Didn't look clean even when they were. Kitchen staff too loud. Very good chicken and great biscuit!
This used to be the number one place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill! There is no one running this restaurant. The staff are immature and the floors, tables, and doors are a germ fest! One of the 'employees' looked like he just strolled in off the street, wearing Bluetooth earbuds in both ears and dark sunglasses. All the yelling and unprofessional behavior was out of control. When I asked who the manager was, I was told, "it's the blonde, but I wouldn't say anything to her. I would go to the General Manager". At least someone recognizes there's an issue. I was afraid 'the blonde' was going to drop her eyelashes into our food. They had to have been over an inch long (I'm not joking). Someone needs to realize there is a huge problem here and get it back on track before we lose what was once a great restaurant in Asheboro. My family used to eat at this Bojangles at least 3 days a week, if not more. We will not be back until it's cleaned up.
This is the second time I’ve gone through their drive through around 9:15 and they are closed. The store doesn’t close until 10 pm… and let’s not forget the sanitation grade of 91 that I saw when I was driving off. ? Save your time and money
A couple years ago this used to be a good place to eat. Usually the same people working there. It was usually fast and accurate, friendly too. Now the service is slow, orders are wrong, dining room is closed half the time. Another thing is that they ask for exact change a lot, even though no other restaurant on Dixie Drive does. There is NO change shortage. I stopped going there all together.
This was once a decent Bojangles, not anymore. I understand that they like everyone can't get workers anymore but the ones they do have, act like they are doing you a major favor by waiting on you. At this point it's almost to the point maybe they should think about shutting this one down. This morning was my first visit in a few months and the last one for the next few months.
