My husband and I tried Baja Bowls for the first time on Sunday based on recommendations from friends on Facebook. The friendly service is top notch and the food was incredible. All of their dishes are homemade and you can tell a great deal of love and care go into everything they make! If you have been hesitant to try, please go, you won't be sorry! And make sure you try the Tres Leches cake!
This place has become a staple for me. This is the best lunch spot in Asheboro and there is nothing else like it. Without a Chipotle, Qdoba, or other major chains in the city Chicken Express fills the missing piece. They have fresh ingredients and greet you with a smile at the door. 10/10 recommend for authentic quick Mexican food.

Great food!! We love the food. Steve’s favorite is their chicken quesadilla. Lawanda’s is their grilled chicken bowl.

I liked the food and the staff who obviously enjoys their job. While I waited for my food I enjoyed the great music playing. Their chicken burrito is yum, it ruined Taco Bell for me. I will be going back for sure.
Amazing owners that make really really good food. Trust me, order a bowl of the chicken soup!!! It’s fantastic! Steak tacos were best I’ve had in a while, great flavor and super tender. Rotisserie chicken was good too. Please please please support local restaurant and in particular this place!
The food was delicious , very friendly staff and great prices the burritos were really good, I recommend the burrito bowl if you like chipotle you’ll like their food, their menu has a lot of healthy friendly options as well .10/10 recommend.
