Slow, slow, slow is the only word to describe this location. I know staffing issues are plaguing all forms of business but when you are the only car there, place an order and have to wait over 10 minutes for your food, something is inherently wrong with the store or management. Tried to place an order today and was stuck in a line of cars for almost 15 minutes and finally drove away out of frustration. If they cannot properly staff the store it should be closed.
I’ve been coming to this location for about two years and the only reason I kept coming back because it’s convenient to my job but today I make it my last day Everybody attitude in there is real nasty including managers the only person that’s nice and has a great attitude is the Spanish lady both of them….. Believe it or not the whole dealership talks about that location they going to have to get it together…..
The fourth time they have got the got the one item of our order wrong… this seems to be a habit… we never usually bother complaining but we just ordered two items … one hot honey chicken sandwich and one double bacon cheeseburger and they have put a beef patty instead of the breaded chicken in the hot honey… we usually don’t want to waste time in a drive thru to check our order … but this is ridiculous… please reprimand your staff that is either very incompetent or downright horrible to do such a thing it’s the Wendy’s at the hyw64 lake pine around 8:45 pm
Worst service at any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Literally was told I don’t know if we can do a frosty because I’m not working hard, needless to say I got the frosty but who says that . F for failure. This happened at 7:30pm on 3/2. The night service at this location is always rude and awful. Hope somebody checks their staff cause they suck.
Went to this location at 3pm, no customers inside, drive through empty, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees locked eyes with me and ignored me, except one older lady who said “the man will get your order in a minute he is busy at the drive through. So I stuck my head outside the door and not one car was in the drive through, so I asked if I could please place my order and the woman kept repeating “the man is busy with the drive through one minute”
Rude customer service. food is fine, when they get it right… it’s not just one time. i’ve come here 3 times and every time they’ve been rude. i work as a manager in customer service and this is just embarrassing
absolutely horrendous customer service. ordered a meal with fries and the cashier continued to tell me i didn’t say that even though i paid for it. The workers are so rude.
So the chill was good.The nuggets Luke warm. But that's it, the manager falisha. Was not friendly at all. Got upset as soon as I came in. The worst when I asked for more crackers. I brought two large chill. Please ? help her.
Rudest bunch Ive met in a long time. Wouldn’t answer the drive thru speaker and when I walked inside, the manager just walked by me and said the inside was closed. Guess they don’t need the business.
Unfortunately visited 2 times and neither time was any good. Fries ok but burgers were small and sandwich was flat. Got the bourbon bacon cheeseburger and other Wendy’s have more substantial burger.Will not visit this location again.
