I understand it is hard to get people to work, but the experience we had tonight was rough. They are supposed to close at 10 pm. We are in line by 9:25. Two cars in front of us get their order taken, then the car in front of us pulls up to pick up a Door Dash order. It’s now 9:30. The girl on the intercom rudely said, “We’re closed!” The lady said she had a Door Dash order to pick up. They worker yelled, “We’re closed!” And then repeated again and said they closed early. At least put up a sign, turn of the lights, turn off receiving Door Dash, and don’t be rude when people are trying to get food after a long day.

I’ve had issues the last couple of times I’ve gone through the drive thru. Either they aren’t trained or they’re to busy socializing but my orders have been short or wrong causing me to circle back thru the drive thru! They’re young and it’s getting close to summer and spring break so that probably had something to do with it. If you’re lucky you may get a hello and if you’re really lucky you might get a thank you! I still like Wendy’s, my kid loves the 4 for 4 so I’ll be back!

Do not order food for delivery from this Wendys. This is the 3rd order which has been delivered with the wrong items. I've tried to call the store to get the situation remedied, but no one answers the phone. Why is it so difficult for Wendy's in Apex to get an order correct? Now we are out $$$ in Mother's Day because of their mistakes. ☹️

The food here has always been good. Today they were swamped but doing their best and everyone seemed really nice. Good luck everyone, and thanks for the tasty lunch!

Had chic-fil-a level customer service in the drive through. They took 10% off my order voluntarily because they were out of a sauce I asked for. First time I’ve been IMPRESSED with a Wendy’s. Well done!

Great customer service!!! And we got some home fries for free since it just switched from breakfast to lunch. Fast and great food for a family of 5.

i had ordered bacon cheese fries and at first they didn’t add bacon so i went it and had asked them to add and they must’ve mistaken my order but then the young girl at the front desk proceeds to argue with me that i asked for the wrong thing and how i am “hearing things” next thing you know i get the food and the cheese is not melted it was straight up just out the fridge shredded cheese

After today I'm never going back to Wendy's none of them ever have their dining rooms open you go through drive-through you explain what you want and you have to repeat yourself two or three times and then the food was cold

Service was good. Burger and coffee were both cold. French fries were hot and good. Compared to my previous experiences at this location, the food was below average. I was disappointed.

They never fail to do a terrible job preparing delivery orders. i’ve ordered at this location probably 12 times on uber eats and all 12 times, there has been some, if not all of an item missing.they almost never put the drinks with the orders, and never seal the bags either. and don’t even ask for sauces/condiments, they’ll completely ignore that.you wanted your sandwich plain? here’s one with extra everything.
