After the remodel the store was super clean and modern, and service was amazing, but then quickly got worse and worse. The last few times I came here the service was so slow that the drive through was backed up out through the parking lot and into the street blocking traffic to several nearby businesses. They also keep closing the lobby, causing problems for the many people like myself who order for in store pickup to avoid the horrendous drive through, only to be told that we have to go through the drive through anyways.
It is all touchless here. You use a screen to order and pay. Then they bring your stuff out to the counter without talking to you.
Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over a year since I moved to the area. The service is hit or miss. Half of the time the drive through is closed. The other half of the time the service is extremely slow and low staffed. When the drive through is open, staff is very friendly. However, our orders are wrong most of the time and it takes forever to get them. Just today, I had staff completely ignore me and walk away as I was standing at the counter. I hate how this is the only Taco Bell in the area. I would go somewhere else if I could.
I really think they just experiment with recipes and serve WHATEVER the heck they feel like. I have never gotten a correct order that didn’t take at least 20 minutes wait in line… taco supremes? Nah- you get beef and lettuce! Quesadilla? Try it with ranch instead of what’s supposed to come on it! Tomatoes on your taco supreme? Okay, exactly 3 pieces of tomato per taco. Wilted lettuce. Dirty lettuce. The quality sucks here, they’re slow, they don’t follow the recipes. Honestly don’t understand how the ratings are as high as they are.
Worth driving to a different location to avoid. Since remodel in 2021, has stayed worst TB location in greater Raleigh area. Staff don't pretend to care, don't take drive thru orders an hour before close, turn off lights to appear more closed.
Worst place i have ever been. So i go to the drive thru wait in line and they tell me that the drive thru wasn't working. After i waiting 7 minutes. So I go inside and wait for someone to come from the back only to be told that i have to order thru the kiosk. I had cash buying food for my guys who work for me. So i finally get to order and they are out of the first 3 items i asked for. Smh goodbye taco hell
Seems understaffed but that is not the fault of the employees. They work hard and are efficient and made sure I had everything I needed. Friendly and great customer service in the drive thru when I went through
Very, very understaffed. HOWEVER, my potato soft taco was the freshest one I've ever had!! The setup is different as there aren't any humans to take your order, just kiosk machines. But, it was easy to navigate and the wait was about 10 minutes. It was worth it at this visit!
It was 10:45 when I arrived. I waited at the empty window for 15 minutes. I called and she answered, then hung up on me. Other customers were also waiting, many leaving, upset with the situation. The front doors were locked, but it was clear there was at least 1 worker inside, we could hear them through the window. Finally, we gave up. Horrible service, disappointing.
Seems to be understaffed and it took a long time to get our food. I don't like the new setup. The entry/greeting/ordering area and the only option is to enter your order into a machine rather than talking to a human being. That's fine, it's the 21st century and it's fine to have that as an option... But it's terrible for a large family. There is no menu board to look over to see what you want, so each person has to go up to the machine, click, click, click, click, click and look through all the options and decide.... It takes forever. Had there at least been a menu for everybody to look over, and then each person could enter what they wanted, then fine, but the whole experience takes a long time, and then it took a long time to get our food. I don't go to Taco Bell because I want to spend a lot of time ordering and waiting.
