I have visited this location but will not be visiting again. Ordered 2 of their new toasted oatmilk shaken espresso and was extremely disappointed. It was basically like drinking all creamer with some ice cubes, and when I asked the drive through girl about it, instead of offering to rectify the problem she just said that's how it comes. I thought starbucks fixed drinks if you didn't like your coffee? What happened to that? I will not be visiting this location again and definitely not ording that drink again.
Very poor customer service. I had a bad experience yesterday. They missed half my order and they didn’t call me for the first order so it got cold. They didn’t even apologize. So unfriendly and rude workers !
They've built a few more Starbucks in my area that are just as easy to get to, but I find myself continuously returning here when I need my Sbux! They are efficient and kind and all the employees are so friendly. ☕☕☕
Never consistent. Always stop by when having car serviced...so they are sporadic trips over the past 3 years, but frequent. But never satisfied with quality of drinks, food or service. Definitely don't recommend this location.
ALWAYS slow. Don’t except to be out of here with a drink in hand in anything less than 18 mins. Which is absolutely ridiculous. This store makes me want to never go to another Starbucks again.
Wanted to give a shout out to the morning and night folks today!!! (10-31-21) stopped around 11 am today. Not exactly sure what was going on, but when I pulled to the window, I was told my pumpkin spice latte was on them and to have a great day ?? so thankful! On the way back tonight, I was exhausted. I knew they were about to close but u pulled in anyway. The female working was super happy to take my order and told me it was so ok that I had came through (10 mins before closing). Just wanted to say thank you Starbucks crew for making my day!!! ????
Nice, but needs upgrading. And solar paneling, too become more evil friendly

This location is consistently out of syrups, always making the wrong drink, slowly operating, and now both espresso machines are broken. I've not had this poor of Starbucks service at any other locations, ever. I'd like to say this is just a one time thing, but it's not. Please Starbucks of Knollwood, do better.
I used to really like this place because the teenagers/young adults working were super nice and the drinks/food were good. Recently it kind of fell off. The new staff is a bunch of older adults that sometimes just shove the order in your face without saying anything. My orders have been messed up a lot recently too; either it’s the wrong drink or it’s a coffee drowned in milk with no flavor. I will say that when I asked for them to fix it they were nice.
