The staff were great. The restaurant was clean, comfy, nice ambience. Music was good. Burger was flavorful, not very big, a little overpriced in my opinion. Fries were ok, but lots of bottom of the bag shrivelled ones which Aren’t worth the calories. They were not over seasoned which was a nice change. We had a basic burger each. I had a coffee my partner had a beer. We left feeling like we could have eaten more. It was tasty, but so is Culver’s for half the price. I’d go back to try other things. I’d leave 3.5 stars if I could.

Went to this Red Robin location with a couple of friends looking to grand a quick bite before a movie. We got in and we were sat fairly quickly, however we were sat at a booth with a leak from the ceiling. We tried multiple times to call people over but were ignored for 15 minutes. Only after one of us went up front to the hostess stand did someone come over and help us to move to another table. We then sat at that table for another 10 minutes being ignored. When someone finally came over they had asked us to move back into the booth with the leak, we explained that we had just come from there and that there was a leak from their ceiling. The server and who I assume was the manager for the night walked away after saying ok. However this was not before we heard the server saying that she didn’t want to serve us. In no situation was any of the behavior by any of the staff appropriate. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry my whole life and if I was a server and treated a customer like that I would have lost my job.

Red Robin is mine and my families favorite place to come eat. We especially love coming to this specific location because of the staffs friendliness. We however, always request Jamie because he always does an OUTSTANDING job. He always ensures we have everything we need and our time here is enjoyable. You will not be disappointed to have him as your waiter! ?

We used to take our three boys there back in the early '90s. My recollection is the burgers were really good back then. Now they're just okay. I asked for a medium rare burger and was told I couldn't have one. Did not make me very happy...Service was adequate but nothing outstanding. You can probably find a better burger somewhere else in Apex.

Very attentive staff, brought more drinks often to us. As for their bottomless fries. Amazing as always, but please don't place the crums of fries in the basket on refills. Makes it seem you don't want your 5 customers to have a refill and just giving the scraps away. Managers should be aware and pass the information to the servers. It's the highlight on the menu for a reason. Keep the standard up.

We had the best waitress, she didn't even mind we were there after the store closed. We were able to still get an order of bottomless fries and drink. Food was fresh, fast, hot and tasty always.

The service was excellent and very attentive. I ordered a cream soda, however, there was so much ice, that trying to mix the cream with the soda was difficult without spilling and so it ended up as a regular soda, which once gone left you with cream covered ice cubes. I'd suggest requesting only a little ice.

Went here on a last minute decision with friends and family. Service and food was good! Our waitress was on time and never let our drinks get empty. Special thanks to our waitress, Marina! We loved the atmosphere, food and service!

Food was great and served on time, but the waitress and host were a little bland. Just seemed liked they didn't want to be there. Other than that, everything was great.

Used to be a regular and they had to change the veggie garden burger to something else. Just ordered after few years, somehow liking the new veggie burger now. Good combo of burger and fries. Used to dine in. With covid we simply take out for pickup. They are very responsive and friendly. Could order and pick up where they deliver to the car. Nice!!!!
