I love the food until I get home and it is NOT what I ordered !I call each time and ask to speak with a manager. Each time the so called manager was short /rude to me.I have been promised a gift card as well as a refund on my credit card. Never got a thing. After this happening 3 time , I have decided to give Panara a break.May I suggest you retrain yor kitchen staff as well as the people who call themselvesManagers.CHEYENNE
Just got 2 orders of salad and sandwich order for ~ $28 only to start eating the salad to find this disgusting bug. I tried to call Panera multiple times and no one answered. The phone rang so long it just hung up. So disgusting!
A bunch of teachers order food to be delivered each Wednesday and we had an issue with our order. Most of our soups were not included, but we received a bread bowl and full sandwiches instead of half sandwiches. We called in and they were able to make it right immediately. It was very much appreciated since we have such limited time to eat lunch. Thanks
I have been ordering from apex location for about 7 years. Have had good service overall until a few days ago. The manager was dressed in casual clothes, bicycle shirt and was not friendly. He was rude to customers and his staff who seemed angry. The staff was not professional, took awhile to get my food (to go). I hope I have a better exp next time. Disappointed.
Two days in a row I've spoken to somebody who was incredibly rude to me. There's no need for that. We order from here all the time and their ordering system is down so I called to place our regular order (for our whole store) and the person who answered the phone wouldn't take an order and then hung up on me. The next day a fellow manager called to speak to a manager about an order we placed for today and the ap says asap is tomorrow. We called to inquire about why would you let us order our breakfast and then deliver it tomorrow? So we tried to cancel the order. The manager who spoke to her was again rude and then AGAIN hung up on us. What kind of business is this? Can you imagine if somebody got this type of service at our store? Absolutely not bc it would never happen.
This time I went for my birthday it made my day… very clean and friendly staff… food are accurate fresh… pizza’s and sandwiches, soups they are the best…
Good food, understaffed, shrinkflation abounds.I understand costs are through the roof, and good help is hard to find. However Panera has appeared to go with a "make everything smaller and less personal" approach. This, it feels much more like five guys, and much less like a sandwich and salad Starbucks. You'd think they'd notice the ignored (and obviously expensive) ipads for ordering, and the uncomfortable space as people try to get their order, and the disappointed looks when they see the tiny "bowl" of (quite tasty!) soup.
Always a pleasure to go to Panera. Good food, many choices, and a reasonable price. The staff is always pleasant. It's a winner!
terrible service. They took me out with everything and my food because it was already 9 o'clock, I don't know why they better not sell food at an hour close to the clock. I'm sure if the waitress was waiting for a tip she wouldn't take me out! ill-mannered fool.
Tried this location twice recently. Stale bread both the times. The staff has no clue what to do with the orders. No cleanliness in the restaurant. It's chaos.Skip this location if possible
