We arrived at the end of the shift but unfortunately we don’t check the containers: big mistake… our surprise was at home. Are the 20 dollars worst spend in the last time. With reason pandas express is empty a whole time!!! This happen in Apex …
The food is really good and they give generous portions. The service is somewhat lacking. The people mumble most of the time while you're ordering and you can't understand them, and the drive thru is very slow. And heads up - they'll probably be out of the drink you want. Every time we go they are out of one drink or another. All in all it's okay.
They're almost always out of something when I visit here. This visit they were all out of soy sauce and had a wait on chicken. I figured with the pandemic lots of place are having issues it's whatever. My issue is being told it'd be a 5 minute wait for my food. Here I am waiting in the parking lot for my food for 20 minutes before I go inside to check, and 5heyre huddled in a corner talking amongst themselves, don't even ask that I'm standing there for a bit before asking what I needed. They didn't even have my food ready, they started preparing it when I mentioned I'd been waiting. Terrible service and experience.
The fact that they say the dining room is closed and tell my boyfriend and I to get out and go through the drive thru if we want food and then follow that up with not giving us the appropriate amount of silverware is ridiculous. What’s even worse is that after that they had locked the doors to their establishment and when my boyfriend proceeded to walk up to the doors to try and get us a fork they stood inside and waved us away, we then decided to go through the drive thru and had the lady rudely throw us our fork and shut the window. Any other time I wouldn’t make a big deal over a fork but we were on our lunch breaks and had no where else to get one…This was the WORST experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant and we will surely not be back, nor will we recommend this location to anyone. Do better Panda Express. Higher better quality employees to run your establishment. ??
Came at 8pm and was told they were out of all appetizers and over half of the entrees. Even though they're open until 930pm the staff said they would only serve what they already had, even though they did in fact have everything in stock, they just wouldn't cook anything else. If we wanted to be sure to get what we wanted that we would need to come by 630pm as they would probably still cook things then. They also had us pull into a parking spot for 15 minutes to wait on the few items they did allow us to order, then forgot the condiments we'd asked for so had to walk back up to the drive through window to get them without waiting in the line again. I had come to this location once before over a year ago and had a similar experience but thought at the time it was a COVID supply/food shortage issue, now I realize it's simply the way they operate.
Super rude in the drive through, ordered noodles and they were 60% cabbage, she also had me wait there for 5 minutes at the window for “fresh chicken”, which was not fresh, and also there was only 5 pieces of chicken on my plate. Absolutely would not recommend, food was not even worth the 5 minute drive from my house.
Worst panda express I've ever been to. Didn't have Rangoons. Could barely understand the gal taking my order. Didn't have straws?! And told me it was gonna be a 20min wait...when no one was in front of me. I used to work at a Panda Express and there's no dish that should take 20min. And all of these complaints were different visits. Not gonna waste my time going back here.
Giving this place a 2 star, not because of the food but because of the RUDE lady working the front today. She was aggressive, and hostile towards customers in front of me, to me, and even people behind me. I understand being alittle rushy during lunch rush, but this was just someone not caring at all about common decency. Wouldn’t come to this location again
Charged me for chicken when i didn’t get chicken. ordered a side of chow mein and got charged 8 dollars for a bowl of chowmein and orange chicken. A side of chowmein is only 4 dollars. Very disappointed. They just lost a daily customer. Spoke to Juana A. and she told me it’s the same price for a side of chowmein as it is a bowl of chicken since the prices “ just changed”. I knew they didn’t but i had to go back to work. I ordered a side of chowmein and it was only four dollars JUST A COUPLE DAYS AGO!!
The Panda Express the employee katyln patience lady though it’s a closing time still she helped me… we always enjoyed ordering and food was really good chowein was excellent feels like to order again and again
